Won’t be spending one more cent at this place after getting no service from the 3 women at the counter. Talking to each other instead of helping a non professional in need of advice. Friendly advice costs nothing

Extensive range of products. Staff have good knowledge of their products and are most helpful in a non pushy way.

I travelled quite a distance
To buy some hair colour but they only had one tube in stock
The assistant was very helpful and suggested I phoned ahead next time to make sure they had stock

First time visit as I’m returning to hairdressing after a long time, WOW have products improved so much over the years kinda makes it more of a pleasure to work with again! The lovely Mackenzie was so friendly and fresh and professional customer service which we all know is really rare these days thank you l will be back. Fantastic selection from the short visit l saw.

A store that seems to have anything and everything hair related. The staff I have found, not to be particularly helpful or friendly. The products lack the information that draws you to any particular product. It is just rows and rows of product. Not a particularly pleasing experience.

It's a great place. I'm too hooked. The only problem I had was they were too open to the public which scares me a bit as a hairdresser. But still it's a great place and the girls are lovely. Hopefully they open a store near cannington soon!

As a consumer not in the industry: Helpful friendly staff.huge range, sometimes have specials on products, recently started an awards programme, easy to join in store, haven't had a chance to test it yet.

If you compare even with normal price online or other stores, you will get a good deal.

I actually did a research in all the items I bought there and I was shocked to see how cheap it is elsewhere.

Love this place. One of the best hair wholesalers ive shopped out of (and ive lived in 4 states and overseas). They have almost every range and the staff are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

They verify qualifications before purchase which empowers our industry and regulates quality control. They can keep an account for you which enables you to keep track of invoices for tax time.

Definitely recommended for hairdressers.

Everything you need for hair. Except for wig pins. Everything for real hair not the synthetic kind.

Super over priced! Some items were $10 more than at other places in WA and online.
