I agree with Regina, there is one lady there, she will do anything to not give you the wholesale prices even if you work for one of the leading salons in Perth. Don’t waste your time going there. Once home I realised I was charged almost double the sales price of one item. Something very wrong with this place. I never have written a review previously, but this was strange. We showed pay slips etc etc, but no still not good enough. The lady stated she had to call head office, then every hurdle possible was put in front of us to not get any discount. Terrible customer service I never have! I won’t come back this store anymore.
I been there few time when I was beauty student, I know my member card is expired when I finish course, I try to find my certificate in my phone to prove, the old lady give me annoyed face and question me: are you sure you finish your course? Are you sure you have certificate?
Her act like doesn’t want me stand there! It’s very rude and terrible service.

Really lovely hair dressers. Rose is the best hair dresser that works there I wouldn't let any one else do my hair then rose.

The absolute worst customer service I have come across! One employee in particular has always had a negative attitude when approached by customers. They should really aim to improve this!

Felt really mistreated, walk in and the staff didn't even bother to say hi, I noticed they talked to every other costumer that walked in. Found the products that I needed and walk to check in, this lady then asked if I had the hairmart card, to what I said I intended to pay with a debit card, she then said "You can't buy here" just like that. I am sorry I didn't know it was a wholesales system, but honestly I don't see the need to be so rude with people just because they aren't your target audience.

Went here, A worker by the name of gina? Was unhelpful and extremely rude. Why be in this job when you can't even pretend to be semi-nice. It was like she was trying hard to be nasty! Other lady with pink hair was lovely
