Hair Extension Specialist Perth

It was pretty chaotic they had no hot water so I had my hair washed in freezing cold water. They were also running late. I had my hair tied up and when I let it out the response from the staff was not exactly what I expected. I’m not sure if it was intentional or not, but the reaction of the staff and the negativity was upsetting. I knew my hair was a mess which is why I wanted extensions and reading all the positive reviews, Ii hoped to be made feel positive, At one point I felt like getting up and leaving and cancelling the appointment, however I decided to stay and hope for the best. In the end I’m glad I stayed as the end result was amazing and I love my hair. So customer service could be better and more positive towards clients. The outcome is the best.

The ladies are always so quick and professional. The quality of the extensions is great too. Great value for money too, mine last me your time 6 months at a time.

I absolutely love my hair. Thanks to Rebecca. I had 6 months growth and damaged ends due to previous colours. She recommended full heads of foils +toner on thick and frizzy hair. The colour was just beautiful beyond my expectations and I got to keep the length of my hair +. I can't wait to go back for Keratin treatment next month to better manage my hair. For a first time visit, I enjoyed the experience from the start to the end.

First time visiting and I will be back! They managed to squeeze me in at very short notice and the lovely lady that did my hair was very knowledgeable, and did a great job of my highlights and extensions. Fun atmosphere in the salon too. Thanks ladies x

Got my hair done here the second time. My amazing stylist Dani did such a magnificent job in matching my hair colour and everyone kept thinking it’s my hair coz it blend so perfectly. It doesn’t feel like going to a salon, feels like your just going to ur best friends coz the atmosphere is so good and everyone is just so friendly and I had 2 glasses of champagne and danced and chatted while getting my hair done. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Definitely going to go there over and over again! Thank you Dani for doing my hair. U did such a amazing job. I’m a extremely happy customer! ️️️

Overall I had a amazing experience here, we spent about 5 hrs on my hair due to it being so thick but it came out beautifully once finished. It was a complete change from what I had it previously, the staff were all amazing and nice. Always offered a drink and very friendly to get along with and I'm in love with the end results! Definitely worth recommending and will be going back myself!

Second time at Luxs lengths for extensions, had both keratin and tape ins and love both! The girls are so friendly and amazing doing what you asked for. I had blonde and the colour match to the extensions was exact so you couldn’t even tell I had them in:) x

I've been getting my hair done here by Emma since I moved to Perth 6 months ago and I will never go anywhere else - she kills it literally every time!
My blonde always looks perfect and lasts months before getting a bit brassy and needing a freshen up. The same goes for my tape extensions - usually I get them moved up every 8 weeks and by that time they are starting to slip and twist.last time Emma did my tapes I got to 12 weeks (and about 2 inches of growth) and probably could've pushed it a few more weeks. There was no slipping, lifting or matting at all!
I love coming here and could not recommend it more. Apart from the amazing service, all of the ladies that work here are so lovely and super helpful.

I have had my hair done by Mish before and she is truly talented! Would highly recommend to everyone looking for their extension needs

I’ve been doing my hair and extensions here for years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I’ve never found an extension specialist as good as Mish. She supplies the best quality hair and it’s so good that I can use the hair over and over. She colour matches the hair sooooo well too, it looks like the hair is just mine. I would absolutely recommend Mish and the Hair Extension Specialist Team to everyone! There is no other place I would go!
