The stylist had no idea what she was doing because the result was so unpleasant that I had to wear a hat so as not to be embarrassed after leaving the mall.

It's called a style cut, but why is the side and back finish of this quality? ;;;; It's a crazy mess.

I can't remember how many times I've visited already. It's my first time since the shop moved, and the interior is so clean, and the owner always greets me warmly. Today, the designer Kevin cut my hair, and he cut it just the way I wanted. And the massage they give while washing the hair was so refreshing and enjoyable. It seems like all the staff members have excellent skills. I'm always grateful for the kindness and excellent service.

It was my first time getting a perm, my friend recommended me this place to get it done. I had my hair done by Grace. We talked a about my hair and what should be expected, I told her how I would like my hair to be permed and she did it very well!
Would be coming back, hopefully my hair gets longer for a possible perm next time.

Beware! Not only are these guys so rude, especially the owner, but my hair is so frizzy I think they fried my hair it’s going to take so long to regain the condition, never again, I’m sick of their rudeness every single time

The staff are so sweet and friendly.it was my first time going to this salon so i was a little nervous as you would be but they gave me a pineapple juice and some snacks to eat while i waited for my colour to process which was so lovely.they also gave my friend who was waiting for me a drink while she waited which was so thoughtful.had the best head massage of my life which getting the colour washed out which doesnt happen often as i have sensory issues with having my hair washed by other people.overall the staff rly made my experience great and were so kind.

I had an appointment with grace to help fix my coarse, frizzy and damaged hair. My hair was super damaged after a perm I did a few months ago and I really wanted to get rid of it without cutting everything. Grace worked her magic and now I have great hair again. Thank you so much Grace! I’ll definitely be back

Trying new place for my routine balayage. $425 is a premium price for pretty average place. Hair turned out nice enough but won't be returning when I normally pay $350 with a hair treatment

Best hair cut ever! My hair is thick and straight and difficult to get right. I had a good stylist before but since moving to Perth, I haven't been able to find my forever hair stylist. Found Hair Day by chance and took a while to find the courage to give it a try but I finally did and omg. I have definitely been missing out. They are so professional and efficient. Booked appt for myself and my husband only 2 days before and they even sent me a reminder day before. Got there and only waited 5 mins. Both my husband and I love our haircuts. We had different stylists but they were both very good. Because my hair is really thick, it usually takes ages to get it cut. Was a little worried because Kevin worked really fast and I'm always a little nervous when it's someone new but I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome my haircut turned out. I admit it is probably one of the best haircut I've had in my life (and i've had many and with some of the top names in Singapore and Malaysia). Thanks for doing such a wonderful job Hair Day! My family and I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Very impressed with this salon! I came in to get a full hair colour done and I’ve got loads of good things to say: From all the other salons I had visited in Perth, Hair Day was one of the few salons that has the option of colouring without bleach (which is amazing as I personally prefer to not bleach my hair). Lisa did an excellent job and I’m absolutely in love with my hair colour! The staff here are super sweet and accommodating and I just love it; makes you want to visit again. Ever since I moved to Perth, I have been looking for a good salon to get my hair colour done, looks like I’ve found it! Would highly recommend!

First time to this store, fantastic experience with friendly staffs. Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a fresh cut to revisit this store
