Very professional, listens to my wishes, genuinely cares about how i like my hair and shes a delightful person too. All the staff at Hair By Us are warm & welcoming! The Salon is always kept clean & looks fabulous, great service too! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thankyou!

62 bucks for a whole new style! And my stylist listened to me!? Busy little business because they are so great. I think it was the owner herself who did my hair and she was absolutely lovely. All the staff were kind too. Thankyou, I WILL be back.

My partner went for haircut this morning he have important party from cricket club this afternoon and really disappointed even he had shown them picture, while giving him haircut to him they had cut side half column beard also, like what’s wrong with you guys if you don’t know how to cut they say no to customer that you can’t do this don’t make them sit down and give haircut like this they had just done trimming around the head and charged $35 he is shy nature he didn’t said anything to them when I saw him at home like god what this haircut such a unprofessional people one request hair and face gives people more confident so if you don’t know anything just say no next time please don’t ruin their day please

Ladys were absolutely lovely, friendly services from everyone and was lovely to talk to while getting y hair cut, definitely comeing and recomend others.

I took my dear friend to get her hair restyled they washed her hair with such care due to her illness.
Michelle did a fantastic job on the style we were both overwhelmed with the fantastic service.

Hate this place this is the second time I’ve been and they’ve cut my hair much shorter than I have asked. I went and asked for just a trim because I’m trying to grow my hair out, mind you I have curly hair, first off the girl washing my hair is terrible at communicating and put me in someone else’s chair than a woman with bleach blonde dead straight hair starts cutting it so short that it’s now just below my shoulders when it’s straight. She then proceeded to blindly cut layers of my hair that didn’t need trimming and then tried to diffuse it without putting any product in and just rolling my hair around her fingers in an attempt to curl it. DON’T LET PEOPLE WITH STRAIGHT HAIR CUT CURLY HAIR IF THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Now I will not be wearing my hair natural because it will be shorter than my will to live.

I love this salon, first hairdresser to really get my hairs texture and thickness (often within days at other salons I end up looking like a Christmas tree, here my haircut is still gorgeous weeks later)

Easy to get appointment. They were on time. Very expensive. Only had trim of long hair done. No wash, no drying or layering done and it cost $49. Took less than 15 minutes. Asked to remove mask for hair cut. Not sure why. Understand about glasses as they extend past the ears.

I went in to this hairdresser for the first time and the staff were friendly, caring and kind even though they were flat out with the Christmas rush.
The 2 ladies who did my hair were very helpful and listened to what I wanted. They informed me all along as to what was being done to my hair.
I went from blonde with dark roots and came out brown (my original colour) with some beautiful tones that they blended in. So happy, will definitely go back. Thank you ladies.

Been going here for nearly 10 years. The team really looks after my daughter and I. Know what they are doing and are great at cutting and styling curly hair.

My hair is uneven on both sides.the lady literally was flinging my hair around while she was blow-drying it and btw she didn't do a good job, i walked out with damp and frizzy hair.

Lovely place and great ladies that were knowledgeable and quick at fixing my daughters hair colour from a different salon and her year 12 ball hair style. Highly recommend.

Lana is fantastic every time I have my hair done I always receive compliments. If you live in Armadale I highly recommend them everyone is friendly and very professional
