Booked a simple cracked screen repair for an iPhone 13 with Haiou in Carousel. More expensive than other third party repairers, I was expecting a quality job with quality products. I got the opposite. The screen was raised so far off the edge of the phone the apple tech though it was a screen protector. The true-tone screen function stopped working after the repair, there was dust under front camera lens, a bright spot on the screen, the touch was inaccurate and the battery life plummeted. Very disappointed.
Very nice people to deal with very professional attitude and will definitely come back if need any future repairs.

After my phone dropped into the water I was a mess. Stumbled across these guys in Westfield Carousel. The male staff member was very informative, honest and kept me in touch with every move of repairing my phone. I highly recommend these guys.
Reasonably priced service and items. I hate breaking my phone but, if It happens again, I will surely go back to them for their excellent service.

Needed a screen replacement for a Samsung S20 FE. They had stock and were able to fix it within the hour at a reasonable price.
