I have been a client of Paul for several years at different locations. I have the utmost confidence in his judgement and professionalism.

I first had a hearing test in 2016, thinking I was OK and this was just a start for a base line to compare with in the future. The test was very extensive and professionally explained by Paul Hackney and I was very surprised to find I needed 2 hearing aids.it was not a con either because once I got the aids I was able to hear the TV, which previously I thought the diction of the artists had become slack, as they sounded muffled.

Due to Pauls work commitments with previous employers he was moved around. I found him so good that I would only see him and followed him from Mandurah, to Rockingham, back to Mandurah, and now his has ventured out into a new partnership in Baldivis. I'm so pleased I found an article in our local paper saying where he had gone to and now I'm back visiting him in Baldivis. He takes the time to explain and answers all question so well I don't want to go to anybody else.

Paul is an expert in his field. He goes the extra mile to provide care and support for his clients.
