I wanted to run hot & cold water to an out door shower and bath. Simon knew exactly what I was after and installed beautiful exposed copper pipes with brass and bespoke tap ware. Very happy with the attention to detail and the relaxed and friendly service. Absolutely no hesitation in giving five stars to Simon and the team and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I gave a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation job to H2O plumbing. Absolutely very poor quality work. In addition very high risk safety issue. Not even a week since moving in to the newly refurbished house, there was a massive gas leak in the newly laid gas pipe! Even worse is they would not answer the phone calls. Never trust these people and please don't give any projects. Very shoddy workmanship.

Simon and his team came to do our complete bathroom renovations. Not only was he professional, but he offered ideas that were a lot more practical and actually more cost effective than what we had planned originally and the end result is far better than what we had invisioned. While he was there we were having some issues with our gas cook top (i was worried it was maybe leaking gas!) He took time to thoroughly go over it and check it. He found there was a faulty part from the factory. He made it safe for us and wrote me a letter with the findings that I took to the manufacturer and they replaced it without question! He is going to be doing our next bathroom and also one of our friends and I would not ever hesitate to recommend him and his team. So hard to find good honest tradesmen these days but Simon and his team really are one of the few! Thank you so much guys!

H20 Pro have been working on my 1920's house in North Perth which has been under renovation the past 12 months. They have replaced all my gas lines, all the water lines, installed a new bathroom in a different location, new hot water unit and will be completing the new kitchen and ensuite shortly (when I get more money). When engaging a plumber you need someone whose work you can trust as the pipes and services are generally not easily accessible so you will spend a lot of money if there is an issue. H2O Pro provide a quality service at a reasonable price and will be able to save you money in the long run by suggesting different/smarter ways to do things. Highly recommend.

They are just so open to think along with my ideas! The owner himself is very knowledged, obviously sets a quality service above all and the communication has been great. Simon came out last minute on a Friday to replace our (almost blown up) hot water system. He was fast, professional and very reasonably priced. Also really, really appreciated that he didn't take advantage of my complete ignorance regarding hot water systems/plumbing, as he explained the whole process and the safety features on the replacement model.
