Besides being inconsistent, their burritos are getting smaller and smaller these days. Their quality is also not as good as it used to be.

11 bucks for a jam packed brekky burrito, coffee and hash brown. You can't go wrong. Friendly service aswell:)

This is the 4th or 5th time a mistake happened with my order. It's always paying for extras, and not getting it. Unfortunately won't be coming back, since it's like throwing money away.

I ordered two bowls tonight one with chipotle mayo and another without. The server printed the ticket and I saw it said they both had chipotle mayo. My girlfriend is allergic to eggs so I told him he made a mistake and he said he'll make sure they don't put any on her bowl. Get home and the bowl was covered in it.: (

Went for breakfast this morning with my partner. Ordered 2 burrito bundle brekkie meal and waited for over 25 minutes but was still not served. The guys who arrived 15 minutes after us ordered the same burrito but were served way before us. I went to ask if our meal was ready but the hash browns were missing and they could not find it rather looked at each other’s face. Had to leave without hash browns after paying for it and waiting for almost half an hour. Poor customer service I’ve ever faced at this place after going almost every week for last couple of years.

Hair in food is not ok I feel sick! I tried to call 6 times straight to voicemail. YUK YUK YUK NEVER ORDER AGAIN!

Really average today. Ordered a kids nachos and it looked stale and tasted even worse. Not to mention we said dine in, grabbed a table number then they brought out a take away bag and I had to go up and ask for cuttlery ‍️

Northbridge GyG is heaps better.

They used to be really good but lately porcions are very small and they wanted to charge extra for some lemon we normally spent between $60-$80 but we won’t be coming back.
I highly recommend g&g in northbridge.

My local! These guys never disappoint, quick and friendly service - app is easy to use. I could live on the Queso, OMG everyone needs to try it. So regular I feel I should move in.

Very small tacos. Nothing like the advertisement. The pictures on the wall showed plump tacos brimming with mince and fillings. What i got was a tiny taco with a thin slice of meat and very little else. 35 dollars for 5 tiny tacos. Will not be going there again.

Rudest staff iv met in a long time qnd got some rookie on the main counter not getting trained with a trash attitude never going back there again plus the food has been stale multiple times iv been there get on the same level as the Northbrige store guys

Fresh ingredients and a good options of alcoholic beverages to go with your Mexican food of choice make this place a welcome respite.

Great service, food is made quickly and is delicious. Staff are very helpful. I'm a regular customer as GYG never disappoints.

Delicious food and great coffee at very reasonable prices. The amazing decor definitely transports you to an authentic setting. Guzman y Gomez is definitely worth a visit!

In love with this outlet every time I visit them. Their burrito bowls are irresistible and staff is very welcoming. Enchiladas are also nice. Recommended!

I was looking for something similar to what the US chain Chipotle has on the menu and these guys did not disappoint. The burrito was a good size and tasted almost similar. The service was good too! I love them coz always smiling! It is a definitely would visit again. Highly recommend. Thank you.:)

Slow service and have had multiple orders be wrong. Just go to the one in Northbridge, the more efficient service will offset the travel time.

Just ordered pulled pork spicy tacos and it is horrible! The pork is just boiled and they have some little sauce put in the name of spice. Will not order it again. Huge disappointment!
