Our dinner tonight was disgusting, we barely got any decent filling but a lot of rabbit food. We will not be returning. Your version of customer service and food is atrocious and thieving it’s disgusting.

Drive thru here is a joke! They take 1 order, make that order and get it out the window before taking the next cars order meaning the queue is blocking the whole carpark. When I finally did get my order after waiting 20 minutes to place it in the first place half of my burrito bowl was missing!

I have tried couple of times and it's not good at all, also last time the service was really bad.

Drive through is usually over 20 mins minimum on a busy night.
Check your order, 2 out of 3 orders have been missing something.
The one time I dined in the food was good but place was freezing and music too loud. Another family came in and ended up sitting outside in the heat over the frosty dining.
This store is rapidly declining.

This store makes mistakes so frequently I should have stopped going a long time ago. It is my local store though so I have continued to frequent the venue. That ends today.
I have been suffering from food poisoning since I ate lunch there today. I have been sweating, regurgitating, and have had diarrhoea ever since. The stomach cramps are awful. This is the only venue I ate at today. There's no other place it could have been.
The staff obviously made an error in the handling of the ingredients and have caused me severe pain and anguish. I am unable to attend my weekly functions due to this. I will not be back.

Ordered online for breakfast burrito about 15 minutes before arriving,
and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order!
The girl says they have to wait for chorizo, but wait for 15 minutes ~seriously?
My extra order hashbrown are soggy and cold.
Is not the first time order online, then have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my order, what's the point for order online pick up? Waste my time!

The service here is pathetic. Over 20 mins wait in drive through. And they could even get the coffee right.

Organization was horrible. Ordered online 10 minutes before arriving there and had to wait another 20 minutes. People came in ordering at the place and got their food before me. Seemed like no one was really knowing what they are doing. Was the second time I had to wait that long

Hit and miss. Now jalapeños are an extra when the website says it is a free item but didn’t get it in the bowl. Quite expensive. Drive through service is terrible and long wait times (don’t use the waiting bays properly).

Long wait they take ages to even acknowledge that you are at the counter and get my order wrong quite often

Food was nice but wait time for 2 burritos was too long, 30 mins plus ordering online to ensure waiting for as short of a time as possible

My order was wrong for the 3rd time, wrang them 14 times would not answer the phone, don't order through them because they don't care, you are just a number

They are playing music so loud the kitchen can't communicate and orders are taking 40 minutes to fill.

Food was okay nothing great. Did an app order told it was ready and still had to wait nearly 15 minutes so everything was cold.

This was our first visit and we had good expectations after always going to Zambrero's on a regular basis for a burrito. But we were sadly disappointed today as our burrito was mainly full of rice, some black beans& tomato and so bland in flavour. I will never buy another from them. Left there very so disappointed

If your going to charge $21 for a Burrito combo can you make sure the chips are hot and fresh and the Burrito is an even mix of fillings not just loaded up with avocado. Disappointed no quality control

I don't know where to begin. I ordered a mini chicken burrito bowl with guacamole and a regular pulled pork bowl with sour cream and guac. They charged us for 2 regulars and then refunded it and charged it for 2 minis! They then gave us the food and on my way home i found that the mini was pork not chicken. They stuffed up our order 3 times. Never coming here again!

Another take away where hello, please and thank you are words alien to the kids working there. Here they do not even know what fresh cut chillies are!
Chicken burrito was OK.

I always have the spicy chicken burrito and have noticed it is never consistent with its texture or flavour. But this time I ordered it and it the packaging was terrible. I understand times can be busy and full on but come on. I continue to support the business regardless of the fact the. Food I order is never the same.presentation is key!

Remember when you guys first open an I asked for spicey I'd get some zap now this is very bland
