40The worst service. I wait for my order more than hour. No one come at counter if you want to know about your order. After one hour i ask one staff about my order. They told its was ready. They put the order in side. Food was cold. One couple was waiting before than me.
Ordered 2 x salads on app. When I arrived to pick up (drive through microphone broken so went in store) waited behind an Uber pick up for 10mins as his order was wrong. While waiting a customer who was dining it brought her order back because it was wrong. When I was served the worker realised the printer was out of paper so my order hadn’t come through. Repeated my order to the worker, who advised they’d run out of salad for my order and she could replace it with rice and lettuce. Waited 25mins for my order. When I got home opened the order to find it was 2 x burrito bowels instead of salads.
Have only had awful experiences at this GYG but gave it another chance because we were in the area. Won’t ever visit this GYG again.
I am a regular customer of Cannington store, The food are delicious but highly pricy, the staff are lovely and friendly except for one Mexican looking lady. On Tuesday we went for dinner we bought worth of $70 food.
Wow.appalling.is this fast food or slow food? I waited 25 mins for my order. Terrible service.
Food is always good, even tho sizes could be bigger! The toilets on the other hand are always disgusting!

The food was good but the time the instore pickup for online order was very disappointing. The wait was around 30 minutes and the time wasn't adjusted to the business of the night.
Amazing service from Imen with the hijab! She deserves a pay rise! Coolest person out there! Definitely recommend and will be back.
Great food but rarely do I actually get what I ordered. They either give you the wrong fillings, a standard instead of a plus. Sometimes the wrong label. Becoming way too frequent.

It is like a Fast Food chain operations, so the staffs were very fast and busy. Staffs were very attentive but some did not have that great product knowledge so I could not make any special requests.
Ambience was nice because there's outdoor and indoor space for dining, and it has drive through lane also for quick orders from vehicles.
Price is around average, but unfortunately they emptied the Salsa and Sauce station (the label was there but no salsas?). I tried their Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl with extra Guacamole and it was very good. The Spiciness and Flavors were outstanding! (Guacamole tasted amazing with some Onion relish)
They have a special Margarita & Lemonade too! (with alcohol)
The recipe was just amazing that everything we had with sour, spicy, salty, sweet taste were all balanced.
Soggy chips, soggy corn chips, meat with 0 flavour, soggy quesadillas, chicken burnt in burrito, garbage, go to zambreros or make ya own.
Poor drive thru service; order online wait atleast 30 minutes or more to get order. What a waste of time. Need to be learn value of customer’s time, and need to be to little quick. Thanks and hope it will help you improve future order.
Quality has drastically dropped over the past 3 months, every meal I order has something missing or something wrong with it and ontop of that when you contact them through the app nobody replies to you as the head office clearly doesn’t take their customers seriously. Quite sad as I used to really enjoy GYG but now it’s on the same level as McDonald’s which is very disappointing hopefully they can fix it soon and go back to how it was or maybe train the employees better as it’s just a joke of a company now.
Terrible experience and it seems like they are getting worse with their service. My husband and I come here regularly on our lunch breaks and always have issues with our order, but today took the cake. They always seem to put the most incompetent staff on the till. Orders are either received wrong or extremely late. The woman at the till told us we had to order through the app. We have never had to do this before. After questioning this we were able to place our order at the till with another staff member. My order of nachos had zero cheese and the slow cooked beef were huge chunks instead of shredded making it difficult to eat. It seemed as if it was slapped together in a rush. I couldn't eat much of it and left most of it behind it was that bad. My husband didn't get his chips until 20 minutes later when we were ready to leave. By that time we had to ask for a refund as we had no time left and had to get back to work. Other people seemed to be having similar issues with their orders. They were particularly busy which beggars belief why they would put such slow and incompetent staff on the till. We have tried to give this place a chance but we have decided never to come back after today's experience.
Please give some food to people if they paying you. They not paying you for 10 piece of rice. Absolutely waste of money
Third class service from drive through every time cutlery is missing i ordered daily and grab from window I don’t know who is packing the food and making the things but trust me cannington staff is ruining the good
I just bought 3 ice cones. Waited over 25 mins. Ice cream wasn't even good also it was 2.5 dollars each
Very bad experience many times ordered food from drive through but you guys always forgot to add utensils
Ordered through the app a Quesadilla Plus with extra chicken and it was missing pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream. Paid extra just to get the standard quesadilla. Not happy.
Worst service! Waited 10 mins to even get to place my order, the person taking my order was rude and didn’t let me order anything else when I didn’t even tell her I was done with my order! When I told her I was order more she told me she already placed the order and told me I wasn’t aloud to order more! I came thru drive thru at 9: 20 on Monday 18th of July 2022… will not be coming back thru this drive thru after that experience, very disappointing!
