We have been going there for nearly 4 years now and this was the only time we thought it to be pretty average. I found a large piece of carrot in my meal that had no carrot in it. It wasn't plated nicely like every time before. We left wondering if they've changed hands or something.

I honestly did not know how good Northbridge GYG was until I moved south of the river. You guys are the best, from the food to the service its ALWAYS 10/10 no matter how busy. I now drive from south fremantle to your store because NO GYG does it like you guys! Ily

Standard GYG, although the staff are more friendly and courteous than some others around town.

Make sure you double check your order before leaving or when food gets delivered. I ordered a pulled pork burrito with extra jalapenos and sour cream. I got a chicken burrito with no extras that I payed for. I also ordered cheese fries as a side, I opened the box with the
seal sticker ripped already, and half my food eaten. Not sure what's happened but wouldn't recommend putting your trust in the northbridge shop, so disappointing

Rude staff and terrible service! For the first time I got racial discrimination here from these staff.

First time here last night, the staff are friendly and the menu has plenty of variety, really enjoyed the food and will return again one day:)

Really rude and condescending attitude from the man on the counter when I came to pick up an online order.

Burrito is well filled and good ingredients! Also the mini burrito was only 9 dollers, really cheap.

I ordered here for the first time and their food portion was great. They serve the food in timely manner. I always order at GYG Belmont but their serving their was not that good. Its actually not enough. I would definitely comeback and recommend this place to my friends. And you have lovely staffs too! ️

I don't really know if this was a good or bad GYG but we don't have a decent Mexican place in Hobart and this one was pretty dope.

My wife lost her wedding ring and thought it may have been in the bin. A lovely guy searched through all the food scraps without complaint and found it. We were delighted of course - service above and beyond with a smile!

The quality of the food is amazing. If you haven't tried the Burrito bowl, give it a shot.

Amazing food and friendly staff!

Very bad customer service. When i ordered my food the guy at the front didn’t even bother looking at me and seemed completely unbothered with the fact somebody is talking to him. Huffed and puffed every time i would speak and was staring out side the shop half the time and when i received my food it was dumped on my table without the guy saying anything like here’s your order or enjoy or anything like that he just dumped it and walked off

This is my first time to try Tacos! It tasted really nice. Crunch tortilla with spicy beef, it’s perfect the clerk was kind and friendly btw

Was applauded with the customer service. Ordered my food (served with eye rolls and huffs) then my partner and I were sitting in the take away waiting area when a worker shoved past him, bumping his leg. When my order was called I was standing ready to go. The lady shouting it continued to shout my order number continuing to roll her eyes and huff despite the fact I was standing in front of her. I asked her if I could please just grab some of the pickled jalapeños once again accompanied by an eye rolls. The guy taking orders abruptly says “ next time ask when I take your order thank you”

Very bad service. Service staff very rude like I did crime to approach at counter for ordering food. I was having my lunch and I got call so I went outside because it was noisy inside and when I came back in 2 minutes my food was dumped in bin. Won’t recommend to anyone

Very bad customer service, walked in without a face mask and with a medical exemption for it. The guy at the counter was nice but some random worker out of nowhere comes out and heckles me. I show him my exemption and name and he still wouldn’t let me order. Should learn to train there workers about having some respect.

Love their $3 tacos. Frozen margaritas are great too. Staff are friendly and service is usually pretty quick even if it is a lil busy.
