We joke coming here “what will they forget this time” twice we made it home no chips, no chimi mayo no guacamole

Our last and final time visiting will be tonight 37minuets from ordering I walked out, while there (me wife and son can’t have cheese) watch the assembly line guys mucking around shouting “no cheese! Lol” as they throw cheese all over the burritos and pluck it off.

I checked all my family’s burritos before I left, chips stale cold as usual no guacamole when I paid for extra on my sons, no chimi mayo when we swapped it for cheese in both our burritos.

We love GYG but this establishment is one to avoid no management no respect and no clue. The most consistently vile workers I have ever experienced in fast food.

Our order was taken 20/01/24 around 7: 50pm I suggest you talk to those staff.

Will not be going back, the first few times was good then the last 3 times they've over charged me or got my other wrong. Food was a sloppy mess and they weren't even busy just lazy.

Barely listen and struggle taking simple orders people pay for food and they pay for want they want so when customers ask for things or take out things it’s the employees job to do their job correctly

Guzman y Gomez in Warnbro has become my go-to destination for an amazing feed when I'm in the Rockingham region. Great food.

Pathetic the way the takeaway comes back with. The takeaway container was so huge but the portion was so petite, and it looks like someone that made the order was having a bad day! So sloppy and it looks horrible. For that price, i would expect the quality will be better.
I can understand if its a busy dinner service but there is no harm in making the salad bowl abit more presentable and take more pride in whatever you are doing!

Always my favourite place to eat. Food always on point and looks like everyone having fun while working which is great.

Got myself the pulled pork spicy burrito with guac. Service was prompt and friendly (at 10: 45 am), burrito a decent size, had everything in it as expected. While it did have a bit of heat, everything else was pretty bland and not particularly fresh-tasting; for the price paid ($17.90) I would expect more flavour.

Waited 25 mins for my food just to get the order wrong i ordered a cali burrito not a burrito and the burrito had barley no meat just full rice payed $15 for a wrong order. Terrible stacy

Overall GYG has decent quality food, it’s a shame that the staff in this store are lazy and rude. Every time you order in store you’re ignored for ages, or when you order in the DT, you are rushed and they most likely get your order wrong. Can’t remember the last time I have ordered a meal and not had to go walk back and get my meal replaced. The staff are always hard to talk to and overall all don’t care enough to provide somewhat decent food when you pay over $20 for one thing. It’s really ridiculous and a shame because when this store first opened this wasn’t the case.

Unfortunately the food was very bland and not flavoursome like the food in the shop in Mt Lawley.

The amount of times they get your order wrong is frustrating. Staff need better supervision and/or training.

We love Mexican food and couldn't wait for this to open. When it did, we were there!

We keep thinking it may get better with it being new.
Stood waiting to be served behind a customer complaining. Other staff wandering around. I noticed 2 members of staff picking bits out of someone's order. I had to say excuse me to get them to serve me. We have been given the wrong order, including the wrong type of meat and missing food items. Always cold and lacking in the wonderful Mexican flavours you would expect, with minimalistic servings.
It's definitely the worst fast food restaurant I have encountered.

Supposed to be a pork and cheese quesadilla…. I’m guessing minus half the pork and no cheese. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

Food is good, and the resturant is nice, which helps because we waited in it 25 mins before we got our food, watched people in their cars order the same after us and leave before us, if you're going to get food do it in the drive through, and if you want to eat in the resturant just bring it in, way quicker.

Ordered the quesadilla plus even with extra sour cream. Ended up getting a plain wrap with two tiny pieces of chicken…wouldn’t recommend and will not be going back.

We love Guzman and dine with them regularly, but the Warnbro is by far the worst! The service is always rude, they always get our order wrong! Have wrote to management multiple times about the service and nothing has changed, will not be coming back to the Warnbro Guzman ever again!

The two girls in the drive through this morning had a stank attitude came across annoyed on the speaker and then when I said thank you have a nice day she just glared at me and shut the window lol. Not a Karen I was nice the whole time they must be having an off day but that needs to be addressed rude af.

Ordered via door dash last night and I do get this regularly but I am unsure what happened maybe they where in a rush but I feel like we only got half a meal. I did not use this account though
