16The service was good but the food wasnt great. The chips were not fresh. The tacos and quesadillas were pretty tasty though.
Sadly their portions seem to have shrunk a lot and they always forget extras even when you pay for it. Please keep the portions true to their size according to what you advertise. Very disappointing. I've only experienced it at this store, other stores I've been to in Perth have been good.
Some of the worst value food ive had. Bought the chicken tenders after seeing the advertising, $10.50 for 3 so i bought 6 and they were literary the size of a nugget, barely warm and extremely tasteless. For $21 i felt extremely ripped off, would have taken them back if i hadn't already waited 10minutes in the drive thru and already down the road when opened them. Will not be spending anymore money there after this.
Not phenomenal to be honest. Drive thru attendant seemed very disinterested and got the order wrong. Also did not transfer over my GYG points or provide the 2 free pairs of socks I should have gotten for the amount I spent. I understand it's a new location so they still need to find their footing, but this wasn't a great experience.
15 min wait and $2.5 later I left with a drizzle of 'soft-serve ice cream' in a stale cone.
By far the worst service which is such a shame because the food is decent! First time ordered got home and part of our order was missing! Second time i got home after waiting 15 mins in drive thru waiting bay to part of my order missing again went into store Manager checked and re ordered missing part only to get home and see that i was only given 1 KIDS TACO not the 3 spicy tender tacos i ordered!
Accept it’s new but that shouldn’t mean you receive an order where almost everything is wrong in some way, and a mediocre serving size. Took long enough to get orders correct at Haynes - despite being further away will be going back there by the looks.
I ordered thre soft tacos with jalapenos on it and should be spicy.but they gave me without jalapenos and mild. Pathetic

It's a great dining experience.
The free hot sauce provided by the store goes with my meal, which is very appetising. (In other branches, sauces are available for an additional fee)
And my son loves their ice cream!
Love Gusman. Great to have one in canning Vale. Nice little outdoor and indoor dining options. Food is always spot on there.
Can't see why there are so many low star reviews. It just opened and they seam to be doing a great job
Thank you for the awesome coffees and food on your opening day. Everything was so fresh and premium. Happy to see a GYG in our suburb. Appreciate having the little containers of sauces, onions and chives to add on to our burrito bowls.
My Quesadilla was meant to be pulled pork, it was just full of guacamole and not much else.un eatable.
Very good - I wish them well. Quantity and quality better than most of the other GYGs around here. The people working here seem to have lesser experience than those in other GYGs, they might struggle when there is a huge crowd but hopefully they learn the ropes soon.
7.30am Waited drive through. No answer. Drove through and no one there. See staff talking inside. Get better. Ridiculous
The burrito bowl looked awful, they simply don’t care, cockburn fam know how to look after the customers.
'chaotic' to say in a word. They got two thirds of the order wrong, TWICE. Looks like either the management spent 10 minutes to train the staff or the skills of the staff are questionable.
