Gustys Pizza reviews
19 This wasn't a Pizza! The base was like cardboard, and it wasn't woodfired. Don't get fooled by the wood in front of the bus. It never gets used. It wasn't cheap either at $24 each, that's two roast chickens from the supermarket. And that is for real not like their so-called pizza. The girl was nice and friendly and the bus was real. But we went there to eat.
We got sucked in by Google adds.
I usually don't do bad reviews, but here I feel I have to warn other tourists.
Ordered 2 pizzas in the bus & wow they did not disappoint. So tasty we should have ordered 3.
Family really tucked in. We'll done
Best pizzas in Augusta. If you’re heading to town, you definitely have pop in! Great service, great food!
Best pizza we have had in ages.well worth the wait.their toppings are excellent, cut small & well spread, so flavour in every bite & nothing falls off!
I would love to try this pizza, but when you sell out of bases within 18 minutes of opening, it's a bit hard. Fish and chips for the win.
Fantastic pizzas in Augusta, great range with flexibility too. Once you start eating you cannot stop until it's gone, service is as great as the food. Do your taste buds a favour and eat here, simply awesome
These wonderful people not only gave my kids an absolute amazing pizza but they also found my phone that stupidly left in the cafe (amazing converted bus- quirky and inviting!)
Erin, the owner, then posted my phone all the way back to Perth the very next day at no cost!
Quality pizzas, amazing above the line customer service. I will visit this place every time I go to Augusta! Love your pizza, love your care factor!
Can't believe my good friend Rowena Wallace is at the Augusta hotel motel. Last time I saw her was in Wandin Valley
Walked into the bus/ revamped kitchen to be greeted by a big smile and friendly owner. Top notch service for sure. I had a classic Margherita, thin crust was on point and good amount of toppings. Estimate of when it would be ready was accurate. I went on a Thursday so was sad to miss the wood fired meats being available but all the more reason to go back!
Sadly a friend of mine who is gluten intolerant couldn't get a pizza as they don't currently offer the GF option but hopefully in the future.
We boarded the bus of deliciousness and will visit every time we come back to Augusta! Even worth the trip from Busselton. What a gem! Well done guys! The pizza was seriously good! My hubby and I ordered the pork tacos to share as a side…well, that was hard to do…they were the BEST tacos we have ever eaten! The pineapple in the slaw was heavenly paired with the beautiful pork
Wonderful pizza, wonderful people and an historic bus. What more could you ask for. You guys are just great. Love your work x
Our new favourite restaurant in Augusta. The lady at the counter was very warm and accommodating
Best vibes in Augusta ;) Had the meat muncher and was very satisfied. Good amount of meat and cheese. I also enjoyed the music.and the singing from the kitchen.
Delicious, delectable, even had our leftover for brekkie! Keep up the consistency, anchovies would be a finishing touch we will certainly be back next hols, Thank you.
Seriously! I have to say it is THE BEST pizza I have ever eaten. I ate the whole bloody pizza. I have never finished a full pizza on my own before in 1 sitting. I had the prawn and chorizo and my mate had the pumpkin pizza.
Both had the perfect thin base with the density of a thicker crust enabling it to be the perfect vessel for the topping which had the perfect ratio of topping and sauce which delivered it self to the very crust enabling every bite to be as delicious as the one before. No more leaving the crusts behind. The venue was laid back, funky and service friendly and authentic. LOVED IT! I would drive from Margs just for dinner here.
The best pizza in the south west! Great size, taste and pizza thickness. Beautiful flavours and very good prices. Would definitely go again. Lovely little environment in an old school bus.
The pizza was amazing! I recommend the piri piri chicken pizza.
** Keep in mind, its a 2 person operation with 1 wood fired pizza oven, so there are long wait times. I suggest going to order when they first open. **
Very friendly service, perfectly cooked pizza at a reasonable price and probably the best takeaway in the town.
