Gul-Dogan Kebabs reviews
20Have been going here ever since they open. All breads are house made. You will not beat this place for food or service
Meat in kebab tasted a bit old and sloppy
Chips were overcooked and burned
Had better from here before but tonight was way off
Live down the road but only just tried their kebabs a few weeks ago - we were pleasantly surprised at how good they were. Will be returning regularly for a kebab fix. The shop is also kept very clean, and staff are always friendly
Great kebabs and chips, , great customer-service, very welcoming and all employees had smiles on their faces, 10/10 would come back again.
Had the doner kebab and lamb gozleme for dinner. Both were flavorful and the bread used were soft and pliable. I prefer the doner kebab (BBQ sauce and sour cream ideal) to be toasted more, something you would request I suppose, to make it less messy to eat.
Reading all the good review, I was expecting a lovely kebab. However it was super greasy, and the place is unhygienic. The staff mainly the lady who worked there are super rude and very aggressive. Would not come back.
Great kebab, huge respect for the staff, excellent pide. First time we have tried.dangerously good for all in Winthrop! Enjoy.
Had a burger from this shop and it was pretty good.
Fresh salad, great sauces.
Service was good, staff were polite and friendly,
5 stars for their kebabs and fresh baked breads. I’ve been dropping by for lunch over a few years now. You can tell they put their heart & soul into this. Consistently good nosh on the run or sit at a table outside.
Best Kebabs are worth driving for. We’re lucky we just live around the corner. 100% consistent high quality every time we’ve been over last 5 years.
Service was excellent, ordered doner kebab with extra meat and the lot, also lamb pide. There was a gift of free turkish delight. Kebab was juicy and succulent
Doner meat didn’t taste like it had been seasoned, didn’t help that there was hardly any sauce in the kebab either, so it was just very bland. The bread was really tasty though, like really good. But overall not the best kebab: (
Very nice Pide, gozleme and kebab. I like the delicious gozleme the most. Wonderful takeaway Turkish food. The bread was soft and strechcy. I don't mind to go back to try other dishes.
The customer before me dident receive
There complete order
So my order had to wait
And I just wanted a fast easy meal after a long day at work
Ended up taking for ever
and nothing to right
Home about
But the owner said sorry Manny times
To the customer before me
And later to me
Will give the place a miss
And go were I can get service and better food
Good, well priced kebab shop. Good food, locally owned, staff are friendly. If you're in the area, might as well drop by.
Never had a kebab with so much grisle in it and they somehow "forgot" to put feta on my feta and spinach gozumel.definitely wont be visiting again anytime soon
Amazing kebabs and pide.also service is excellent. We won't eat kebabs anywhere else now as just too good here!
Sublime kebabs and pide.
The flatbread is baked fresh (rather than out of a packet). You won’t regret getting a feed here.
They bake their own bread, and my colleagues especially enjoy their gozleme. I personally am a big fan of their vegetarian burger with the lot - something about the combination of their fresh baked buns, the eggs and cheese, just blends so satisfyingly together.
