Wish I had read some reviews before going.definitely not e-bike or online/Aldi friendly, very condescending and rude. I just wanted someone to check over my bike after I put it together and instead of simply saying no, the owner made me feel stupid. I will never, ever go here again and hope someone reads this before going there with their e-bike or cheaper brand bike.

Went there last week brought a bike tube usually they fit straight awaybhe told me can't do made no sense as there was no other customer so clearly not busy so went to a bike shop they did straight away

I've recently had the same experience as Ty did 3 months ago. My partner has just started cycling as a hobbies so we bought a $400 bike online to see if she enjoys it or not.
We took the bike in to get the gears looked at and once he found out how much it cost comment after comment began, trying to make us feel bad for buying a cheap bike. I wouldn't expect a shop owner to try to degrade his customers like this and I don't expect someone to use an items lower cost to be an excuse for their bad workmanship so we won't be going back there again.

It's a shame because if and when we upgrade both our bikes he's lost our business.

Bought a Mountain Bike here. Good service the owner gave me a lock for free and helped me bike rego details. Product is quality and very satisfied.

Went to get gears checked out on electric bike for slipping under heavy climbing. Before even asking to see the bike he asked if I bought the bike from him. When I told him it was bought from Aldi he began to utter a barrage of arrogant, nasty statements saying he did not repair cheap stuff and that people who bought cheap could not afford the repairs. I am of the view he is out of his depth with new bike technologies and his incompetence is resuluting in him being abrasive.

Sons new bike time, they sorted him out big time! Customer service & honesty! Taking our other bikes for a service next week also at a very good price!

My uncle owns this store so i suppose I am bias, but he has been in the industry forever and knows push bikes.

The real deal. Bicycle mechanics first, salesmen second. What these folk don't know about your ride ain't worth knowing. Will attempt repair before replacement. Highly recommended for quality service and affordability.

1st time came here, was disappointed with the way the owner treated me. After awhile I thought maybe should give tis place 2nd chance, so i came here looking for some parts, always got unhelpful comments like 'throw your bike' or 'buy online and waste ur money away'.
So.i give up wi tis place

If u know ur stuff, u might not get the same treatment as i was. If u dont know ur stuff, well.

Destry talked me through fitting hydraulic disc brakes myself (which I purchased from him) Which I then went home and successfully completed.
Learned something new today.

I arrived as the shop was opening as I needed a tube installed as I was meeting friends for a ride shortly after. Unfortunately I had forgotton my wallet at home. Andreis didn't hesitate when I informed him of the fact and just carried on with the fitment. I asked for a spare to carry with me, no problem, happy for me to pay whenever. I appreciate trust so to me he is a man of excellent character. I liked his shop as well, full of interesting bike bits!
