I had a great experience at guess last Saturday. I was served by two lovely ladies who helped me walk out feeling happy and confident. I couldn’t find their manager but I wanted to mention how great the service was of the two asian girls that were working that day.

The service we received from Chloe at the DFO airport branch was fabulous. She was so helpful & nothing was a problem.

SATURDAY 26th -11-22
Upon paying the shoes that i bought for my wife at GUESS DFO, the cashier offered me a membership to be able to avail 20 percent discount. I told her your store offers 30 percent discount on this shoes but she said it only applies if i bought a minimum of 3 items which is not written anywhere. Discounts on Guess DFO is fake, is this a scam just to invite the customers in? You are deceiving the customers.

Great shop and great staff. The store is nice and tidy, easy to find things and the staff is very polite and helpful. I liked the good vibes there are in the store. I’ve been served by the woman with lots of tattoos and she knows what she’s doing.she’s super friendly and very competent

I went to guess store at westfiled Carousel today but the staff were so rude also while i was change room for check the size keep knocking the doors which is disturbing and when i asked why you guys are keep knocked the doors and with bad attitude staff saying we do for all customer which really not acceptable.

I have never experienced such professionalism and excellent customer service assistance. Grathia went above and beyond to help me. I walked out the store with more than I thought I would (Happy customer). Shopping with a toddler is hard enough but having her to assist me make it worthwhile. I will definitely be back here again.

My mate and I got served by Grathia this arvo, she was alone in the store but managed to help us in finding our sizes and help us in the fitting room at the same time. Good deals and friendly service, defs worth the money

Update - After my 1 star review and email, I received a call from the Store manager who agreed that 2 weeks return policy isnt right and she offered a return for my purchase and I was successfullly able to return the t-shirt.changing my rating from 1 to 5 after a very positive response and experience I got from Guess.

Very rude staff and very short return/exchange policy - I bought a t-shirt for my son and realized its bit small, reached out to Guess to get next size.they told me their exchange policy is just two weeks and they cannt help and advised me to consider donating tshirt with no empathy. All other stores are offering minimum on month return policy.at Target they even refunded me money after 6 weeks. Willl never buy anything from Guess now.

Just have to say that Felipe and Denise are the best salesperson I have had, attention and personal experience. Just thanks at all!

Staff were unhelpful and rude considering I spent $500 in one transaction. Not overly keen to shop there in a hurry

I have to express how satisfied my wife, my daughter and myself are with the costumer service provided for Luiz, he probably spent more than 1 hour helping us in regards of sizes, giving advice and his opinion, he would bring so many amazing options for my daughter to try, we had laugh, he is an amazing guy, very bubble, friendly, good looking, and definitely fashionable. He deserves all the good reviews, guess dfo has a precious Assistant Manager ahead the store. Congratulations! We left the store amazed.

Dear Manager, please next time consider letting someone know the outcome of an interview they attended at your request. My daughter attended two weeks ago and has not heard a murmer from your shop, very rude.

I used to go to the CBD store quite often and decided to give thr DFO onr a try today since I was close by. Unfortunately, I just wasted my time going there. I wanted to buy a leather jacket and really needed a hand with sizes, but the whole team was busy with other clients. They were very friendly and said they'd be right back to help, however, after waiting more than 15min I gave up and left. I ended up going to another store and bought a jacket there. It was a Thursday guys, I would expect Guess would have more staff? It's not like they are Cotton on.disappointing.

I’ve been at Guess DFO last Weekend either Saturday and Sunday last week, I took my mom, my papa and my sisters with their husband, they came down all the way up from Broome and I really wanted they going to guess, because it’s my fav store, unfortunately a bad experience. Saturday it was hectic, not staff enough, mess everywhere, the staff who were working you could tell they were overwhelmed, always doing something or helping someone else, I’d not understand such a huge store with no staff, so I gave up and went Sunday, I’d say pretty much the same, it wasn’t that busy but once again not staff to come to help me, and I do see, it’s not their fault they were busy with everything, store crowded, messy and 2 staffs it’s not enough for a big store like that one. I’d recommend to anyone

I haven't been to the Guess store at DFO for sometime, however, I popped in over the weekend and my what a change! No longer just racks of random pieces/clothes, sizes are easy to find, so much more presentable, so much easier to find clothes that go as an outfit or set! Walked out with more than what I should have but it was hard not too! I'm not sure why the store has changed, but my, it's SO much better!

Guess. Who doesn't love Guess. Great fashions for both and all ages. Fabulous handbags as well. Recommended

Good range and staff member was knowledgeable and very helpful. It is a well presented store and I was welcomed immediately without being pressured which makes it much more pleasant to shop at my own pace. Help was eagerly given when wanted. I ended up buying a couple of extra things after being shown some recommendations.

Worst customer service and such a rude staff.

Would never prefer to deal with the same person.

I went to DFO for the first time today and went into the Guess store. I was welcomed straight away and was offered assistance. The girl allowed me to browse. The range was great and the vibe in the store was great. I asked for help as I wasn't sure of the sizes as I honesty thought I would have no luck as I am a size 14. This girl was helpful and really knew her stuff, she recommended jeans and T's that would look great together and she even assisted me in the dressing room. My feeling of dread turned around as the sizes she gave me were perfect and in some cases with the jeans went down a size. I ended up buying jeans, T-shirts and some great sneakers. I just wanted to acknowledge her and the staff for making me feel great. Thank you. I will definitely be back.
