Guardian Pharmacy Bayswater - Night & Day

Admittedly it is my local pharmacy, but even if it happens to be handier to go elsewhere I will always make the effort to go here instead. The pharmacists there are just fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I am always confident I will get the info and solution I need when I speak to them to keep my growing family well. They even pick up on things in prescriptions such as medication advised during breastfeeding and being to suggest an alternative solution that may be considered better. It shows that they actually care and are considering your entire families health and really doing their job brilliantly. Thank you.

Worst chemist experience ever. Refused to give me ventolin so I could breathe and made me wait half an hour and would not attend the counter to give me back my prescription. People need that medication to breathe and this was an awful experience.

EDIT: So they responded below. Unfortunately, after struggling inside the store for a long time without asthma medication and wearing a mask, I went up to the counter to ask if I could get the ventolin now. They refused to come to the desk to ask me what my query was, and simply waved and said they wouldn't be long. That was when I decided to go outside for some fresh air and a coughing fit, as I didn't think it suitable in the current climate i.e. COVID, to cough loudly in a pharmacy, so I just stood their wheezing and waiting.
It was at the point where I was struggling to breathe outside that I realised that none of the service i received so far was frankly good enough for a chemist.

Staff are always smiling, helpful, acknowledging customers and service has always been pleasant!

This pharmacy is very conveniently located.

There are staff who are lovely, pleasant and helpful. There are also staff who are VERY rude, unpleasant and unhelpful, to both customers and fellow staff. I don't know why it has become normal everyday behaviour

it is not good practice to employ such unpleasant staff just to ensure that sufficient people are rostered on duty. Some of the customers who use this pharmacy maybe very unwell and do not need to be treated with such disrespect. Not that customers need to be treated with disrespect if they are completely well. People who continually receive this type of service may well vote with their feet and use another pharmacy. There are many pharmacies in Perth that can be visited in person and also online pharmacies who can handle all pharmaceutical needs - including prescriptions and will post orders to customers.

Perhaps it is time for a staff meeting where everyone is made aware that their job is to serve and assist customers, not upset them. I realise that some of the staff don't necessarily like some of the people that come to the pharmacy - but, they need to be aware that perhaps they themselves may not be liked in return.

If I was the owner of a business, I would know that this behaviour is very detrimental to the business. Another point, customers may not say that they are unhappy.

I am a regular customer who has been shopping at this pharmacy for some time and would spend a reasonable sum of money. At present I am very unhappy and am seriously considering voting with my feet, or just shopping at this pharmacy for specific items and shopping online for other requirements.

The pharmacist lady who was working last Sunday was rude. I was browsing in the store and I heard this lady behind the cover shouting at me.

She was very snappy and shouted at me about something she needed. After replying to her. The pharmacist lady, without a word or acknowledgement just suddenly turn her back and walk away to behind her computer.

Thank you to the assistant who helped and communicate to me about my medicine.

As a long time customer, this sadden me to be treated this way.

Not a complain but Ravneet need to be trained and learned how to better serve her customers regardless.

I went to this Pharmacy, I was beside myself with my allergy the Hayfever tablet I had been taken just was not working and it was driving me nuts. They gave me a different brand tonight and it has worked a treat. So very happy with decision of trying something new, Soooo very happy with there service. Recommend this Pharmacy. Good work. Thanks so much. You guys ROCK.

During these difficult times with Covid-19 and all. This pharmacy still manages to serve every customer with a smile and fabulous service. Great job to all the staff at this location. Keep up the great work and we are grateful you are all safe.

I had a very awkward experience with one of the ladies at the front counter who finished the interaction with "doesn't matter, I won't be here after Saturday"? She made me feel embarrassed, judged and that I was an inconvenience.looking at the product and going "oh" and sighing when I went to pay?
I will not come here again as i felt very let down by this experience and almost walked out in tears as I felt so embarrassed
*i apologise for leaving a bad review based on one experience and apologise for pointing out a specific staff member as I understand that people have their bad days but I strongly felt the need to address this as I don’t want anyone else walking out of your shop feeling the same way I did

Really helpful lady suggested sinus decongestant to me the other day, I have allergies quite bad and usually just take antihistamines in spring/summer.

Got some decongestant and was pretty much sorted for the rest of the day!

I am amazed with the quality of service this pharmacy provides. All staff are very friendly, specifically smeem (pharmacist) who on multiple occasions have helped and provided in-depth knowledge regarding my complex condition, above and beyond service. Highly recommend.

Slow to answwer phones, incompletant staff, watch out.wanted a price on baby formula but she wouldnt give me a straight answerr because she thinks i8m one of those dodgy asian sellers.im i think not! Bloody hell pharmacies in perth have really dropped a couple of bars

A great little pharmacy in a good location on the corner of Beach Boro and Walter Road.
Each time you go here you are always met with Smile and they go that extra mile to make sure that you get the right care.
It’s only a small type setup for pharmacy but they do concentrate on the customer and it is usually pretty quick service so all in all well worth the visit

Great service and super helpful advice from Smeem (Pharmacist) regarding a complex pregnancy. Has helped my wife immeasurably with muscle pains, cramps and spasms. She also followed up to see how we were doing. Way above and beyond.
Absolutely recommend anyone who has a complex situation they're a little lost with.

I went into this Pharmacy with Hives. I was peddled with two products that were totally unnecessary, and they didn't do anything for me at all because my Hives had escalated at such a rate because of this causing a visit to my GP. I showed the GP the medication I was served over the counter, and he was appalled at the unnecessary costs I spent for useless product that did nothing. They gave me bad advice, and peddled me unnecessary products.
I went back to this Pharmacy to get a refund on the products, I was told No, because you don't buy cake and return it half eaten do you? Is what I was told.
From a supposedly INTELLIGENT PHARMACIST I would've received a better response from a 5yo.
I will never come back here again. Bad over-counter advice and sad customer service. Attached are photos of the bad advice I received.

Terrible service. Pharmacist are highly unethical, dishonest and fraudulent. Do NOT shop here. You will be DISAPPOINTED.
