Bloody awesome! I came in today on the back of a very bad experience at a competitor Hydro store - I couldn’t be more impressed. I was helped immediately and the staff were even happy to have a chat about tropical plants with me. Thank you!
Super helpful and knowledgable team. Product range is simple but great quality and well priced. They were also able to advise me on using hydro equipment to set up my mushroom grow room. Can't recommend these people enough!

Purchased a CO2 regulator online from THE Grow Room and was very impressed with service. Item was posted asap and exactly what I was looking for. I had a few follow up queries via phone and Ryan and his workmate (sorry forgot his name) were very helpful. If I lived in the west would be my go to shop.
The person I was chatting to was not pushy he just listened to what I had to say and for the most agreed with what I have to say and advised me that I was on the right track and said when I got the engineering right, then come and see him and he would be able to help me with my requirements to enable me to operate my system

Friendly and helpful staff with great products and knowledge. Got myself a kit setup for my tomatoes and can't fault it, came with all the setup information I needed and has been running sweet since. Thanks guys
This is the most expensive hydroponics store in country by far. Very far in most cases. For example a bag of 'exhale co2' is $20 cheaper at a store in Jandakot and $10 cheaper everywhere else. Every product I viewed on website was atleast 15-20℅ more than the store in Jandakot and are same brands/products.
I'll keep going to hydro Hill in Jandakot even tho I live 2 mins from this store now. Id rather pay $5 fuel than extra $10 on every item.
Sorry grow room but, ya just not in the game
Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me, but they could not have more friendly, helpful, or knowledgeable. They were actually excited to help, and obviously enjoyed their job. Couldn't recommend them more if I tried. Customer service was top truly top notch. If I ever need anything else, I'll be returning for sure.
Saved $60 on the A+B 5 Lt Hygen. Gonna save hundreds on lights, and such in a couple of weeks. Yeah its worth the half hour drive out there
