After a lot of calls for a new lock and going to different stores including another Gronbeck store this store was able to free up a jammed canopy lock for my ute. Was very cheap. Stress over.

Had to have a car key cut urgently and these guys had stock of the blanks! Tried to phone a handful of other locksmiths prior to Gronbek but to no avail.

My daughter could not get the front door to open at her new rental property even with the key, and when we rang at 9pm Good Friday eve, Eli was very helpful and gave us clear instructions over the phone to get the jammed lock to open, which was a massive relief! He offered to attend but told us we could probably do it ourselves with instructions, which he talked us through to get the door opened and at no charge! We lost the keys for our roof racks & thought we'd have to buy new ones. Visited Gronbek in Fremantle who sorted the whole thing out in about 10 minutes for minimal cost.
Funny thing is I found the old keys a week later!

When we couldn't get my broken key out of the lock after spending 20 minutes trying in the hot sun, rather than charge me, I was shown how to get the lock out of the door itself so I could save some money n just bring that in. Seriously great customer service

Not only did Matt get be back in to my house but after I told him I didn't have a spare key for my front security door because numerous key cutters had told me they didn't make that type of key anymore he took the time to cut a copy from a slightly different size key.

My old car key was extremely worn out, making it nearly impossible to turn the ignition (or open the door). Brendan at Gronbeck Welshpool saved the day and was able to cut a key that now works in my door and ignition. Big thanks to Brendan for his amazing customer service and skill (and George - who was very helpful when I rang).

Great service! Was looking for some replacement keys and to have a new ignition key cut and was assisted by a young chap who was very polite and exceptionally helpful.

Called about a replacement bike lock key and told the assistant the key code and that it was for a bike lock. He said they could cut the keys if I came in, so next day I drove 30 minutes to be told it was probably not the right key and they didn’t have the blank in stock anyway, wasting an hour.

Sorted a replacement VW key within 15 minutes for $500 less than the main dealer quoted. Great service
