Feeling a little dehumanised after what I just experienced. Came in for dinner, however I was urgently also need to use the bathroom.

The lady would not let me quickly run into the bathroom before placing my order as it is for “customers only”. I explained that I am going to order, and am happy to leave something of mine at the counter as goodwill if she does not believe me.

I understand the customers only rule, however I think this is too far. After asking once again, I was told that there is a public bathroom across the road and to “do whatever I want”.

A simple human need was denied and hence will not return.

God forbid the imbeciles in the bandanas have to open their eyes and read some instructions.i dont know what posses you to take an hour to mess up TWICE.nobody cares youre understaffed.its a sunday we all are.you have one job.just one.

Open on NYE, worked tirelessly, food may have been delayed but it was delicious and the staff were clearly working as hard as they could. Good job and thank you

One of the only places open on NYE and had great customer service despite their struggles with other rude customers. Even after a long wait the food was worth it, all the while being served with smiles!

Dion was an amazing server for me and my family during a huge lunch rush. We really appreciate his prompt and polite service!

Nice staff and plenty of room. Burgers aren't the silly dripping type a lot of places serve.

Ordered a chicken salad with extra chicken, received none. See salad I received below. Called the team directly straight away and they offered no help

A male waiter had a scatterbrained attitude and was very condescending. We asked three times for bottled water and received no response. We spent 40 minutes waiting for a burger with a sauce that we seemed to have forgotten to put in it. Will never eat at this restaurant again!

Much faster to sit in a proper restaurant and have a proper meal than to get "fast food" from this joint. Off course never picking up the phone so (scumbag) come in, make an order and than wait for 40 min.that's the attitude.

Worst lunch ever! The burger fell apart on contract due to the ridiculous amount of sauce applied to the bun. The burger pattie was dry and flavourless. Chips were okay, but for the price I would have expected chips that had not become translucent from the cold saturated fat/oils. The sweet chilli mayo was the champion of this meal. The End - won't be back!

Myself and a girlfriend wanted to have dinner here tonight and were told by the guy at the front that we weren’t allowed to use the bathrooms in the restaurant until we had ordered something.we were planning on having dinner here like we do most weeks because we work late nights in the city. Instead he told us to use the public toilets across the street. We left and won’t be back

Delicious burger with high quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

For just a couple dollars more, this restaurant bests the fast foods just further down the street. Delicious, juicy sustainable food healthier for sure and for a good cause. That's quite a few reasons for us to dine in on a rainy night. The onion rings were real, and so well seasoned, we just thought it was a little too salty.

The burgers, they let you choose from 3 kinds of buns. The size of the burgers are a little smaller than average but the flavours are great. Easy win. Definitely be back. Good stuff

Great service, my 2nd time there and the staff do a fantastic job with the food and great friendly customer service, I recommend to my friends, the best Grill'd restaurant in perth.i look forward to coming back.

I went there about a month ago with my parents who are getting on. There was a young man there who served them. He had kind of shoulder length, wavy black hair. I wish I was able to thank him properly. He was so patient and gracious with them. And the burgers were so good we went back the next night.
