Grill'd Harrisdale

Mm, really not happy
I ordered a Mustard & Pickle’d but requested to swap to Impossible patty as I’m a vegetarian and sensitive to meat. Within the first bite, I smelt an awful smell and could see the rawness in the darkness.
My stomach is turning. I feel like vomiting.
I’m disgusted and disappointed.
We ordered drinks and the takeaway food came out first. We also ordered two chips but they only brought one out.

I went in without big expectations and came out impressed. The two staff that served me were friendly and efficient and the food was much better than I expected.

I love rosemary on potatoes of any kind so was happy to see it on the chips which were reasonably thick. I prefer chunkier chips as they taste better and are a lot healthier than fries.

The vegan Garden Goodness burger had a really good flavour and didn't fall apart like many vegan patties!

Will definitely be back for more!

We had 3 sliders and 3 chips shared but the chips were luke warm not hot, Sliders were Delicious.

They're great, especially when catering to my allergies. I eat here way more than I'd like to admit.

Dropped into Grilled Harrisdale on a Saturday for lunch with the family. Outside looks like a nice place to dine but the weather was too hot for that. As soon as we walked in we were pleasantly greeted by one of the staff members. Place looks neat, tidy and trendy. It's a new Grilled restaurant so everything looked new.

Sat down and I ordered the Wagyu Wonder, Onion rings and Sweet potato chips. Daughter got the kids chicken burger. The burger was nicely plated and tasted even better.yum. The onion rings crispy and sweet potato chips sweet and delicious. Daughter loved the chicken burger. We also got the Grilled chips and it was ok, just needed more salt. We ordered on the QR code at the table, once submitted on the phone it will send you an email notification on when your meal will be delivered to your table. The notification said 11.58am (my meal was delivered 11.59am) - I thought that was pretty impressive.

I loved the décor around the restaurant from the picture frames, painted "LOVE" artwork on the wall and even the restroom signage. Also loved the how neat and tidy the table utensil jar looked (picture attached). I thought the wooden widget was a smart way to get the staff's attention (when turned upside down it signals that you need something). Kitchen area open so as it creates a nice ambiance and the smells of beef cooking is amazing - got me hungry and in the mood.

Feedback- saw a stand-up dust pan and broom left by the far end of the open kitchen. Suggest that this is removed and stored somewhere else, everything looks nice and tidy but there's a random broom and dust pan in the walkway. Someone will knock it over or trip over that one day. It was there for the duration of my visit (about 35mins).

Great staff, great food, able to accomodate for coeliacs. The location is very convenient as we usually drive 20-30 minutes and now only need to go 10 mins maximum. Dogs are also able to come and sit outside which I am very happy about.

Food is generally ok, still got away to go to match some of the other Grill'd outlets.

Occasional mistakes with food orders and definitely check how much you're being charged compared to the prices in the menu. Overcharged once is a mistake, twice, hmmm

The burgers are different from Cockburn, our usual choice. But Harrisdale is closer, and our new Grill'd destination

My friend and I went to this place last month. The greeting included a cheerful "table service on the app or come to the counter when ready to order". To save time we thought we'd try the App but had some difficulty but staff assisted us. Half an hour later still waiting for our food. People coming in afterwards were receiving their food. The App let us down because although we stated Table 5, the app only allowed for 'pick up' or 'delivery' BUT WE WERE IN the restaurant. Our order was waiting for us in a paper bag! My chicken caesar salad was dumped upside down on a dish so the cheese was at the bottom. Drinks were cold at least. Bit disappointed but ok.

Please for the love of God put salt on your chips! All the burgers have been great but for some weird reason they've recently stopped putting any salt on the chips. It used to be so good and I don't know if you're trying to save money (but c'mon it's salt, probably one of the cheapest ingredients) or if it's a new employee that hasn't been trained on the salting station or something I don't know, but it's such a simple fix pleaaaase just put salt on your chips like any normal restaurant. I hate to leave a bad review but salt should just be common sense. Plus the herb salt is such a highlight on Grilld chips it's super disappointing to have bland chips every time. It's been 5 times now since I've order hoping they'd be salted properly hahaha but I give up now

One of my beef sliders was burnt. Would've given 1 star if it wasn't for the waitress who offered to get a new one (which I declined as it was busy and couldn't be bothered with the wait) and also offered to call the manager which I declined as well.

They always close the online app.they also dont salt the chips.for $5 I can get well salted chips at the fish and chips shop and feed the entire family, it's pretty annoying to constantly ask for salt and constantly not get salt even after asking.will be going to pattys across the road from now on.

The staff here (and Grilled generally) are world class, I get a good quality product every time with the most helpful staff who know what they are doing. Another great experience.

The burgers are great and the staff are giving next level good service! Every single staff member is SO friendly and helpful, that alone has made us come back multiple times Highly recommend!

Ordered a mustard and pickled burger on a panini with regular chips and herbed mayo. The presentation of the burger was well done but the burger Itself was a huge letdown, the bun was either stale or over toasted so it made it very difficult to bite into and enjoy just kept having to rip pieces of the bun off while biting into the fillings to eat it. I really should have brought this below par burger back to the store and had it remade I just didn’t have the time, this is why you are getting a review that you deserve, definitely wont be returning.

Food is what you'd expect from a Grill'd. Service was great and had a nice evening.

Great service but unfortunately my Superpower salad was not the freshest, lettuce wilting and going brown (was still tasty) and my ice tea wasn't cold.

Will be back to try again and hopefully it was just a one off.

The burgers are good here but for some reason, the Harrisdale branch of Grill’d, their chips are soggy an unseasoned. It is disappointing because chips at other Grilld stores are amazing but these ones, are quite frankly. Bad
