Absolute joke of a place, waited over 35 minutes for 2 burgers to take away.staff need to be retrained

Would be good to have their opening hours. I tried to go there two nights in a row and they were closed despite the website saying they were open.

Good solid burger joint in the CBD. Fast friendly service (off peak at least). Good range of options with salads, burgs, beef, chick'n lamb, etc. Great chips too!

YUMMY.good service. Food was good.and didn't wait too long.if youblike eating outside in front, you'll get loud music playing from other venues.

Great Food, great restaurant for dinning in just be careful to not order food in lunch time way to busy.

Team meeting at 1230, burgers were brought out at without sides, wrong meals brought to table and drinks forgotten until we spoke with staff. One member had his side come as we were finished (all ordered at the same time) the Sharpo Lane Grilled seems to be better service.

Don’t waste your time waiting 55+ mins for a semi mediocre burger. If you value your time, this place isn’t it. Ridiculous. If you are under staffed, would be nice to know before purchasing so we know that we’d be waiting for over an hour for a burger. Management is non existent by the seems of it. Really not acceptable. If it was busy, fair enough, but guess what, it wasn’t. Also no reconciliation for the inconvenience. Really poor. Shameful honestly.

I real like there burgers but hadnt down load the app I ask at the counter for help with this, in the end I didn't get my free chips, I know this sounds like sour grapes but I find with the public trustee now holding the purse string I didn't actually have the cash for chips aswell

I'm vegetarian and don't like meat substitutes (like the majority of other veggies & vegans), I tried the truffle plant based burger and it wasn't good, way too strong & left a bad after taste 4 hours later. Bring back the Field of dreams mushroom burger! Having only one non fake meat option (garden goddess) and 6+ fake meat options doesn't make sense. Do field of dreams, garden goddess & black bean burger and maybe 3 fake meats max.

Hygiene stinks in the kitchen. Worker picking up stuff from the floor and proceeding to make burgers without washing hands. I think they may be wearing the plastic gloves to protect themselves from the filthy working conditions…

Good burgers and friendly staff. Despite being in the middle of the city, it’s never too busy here.

A bit pricey (all grillds) need to turn music down a bit can’t hear when ordering or trying to talk to friends, it’s not a nightclub

Burger was juicy and delicious. One of the best I ever had. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

Extremely fast service, Jesse who waited on our table was absolutely lovely, went out of his way to chat with the kids dancing and having a good time all the while clearing tables, serving food delivering water.
The food was delicious and hot when served.
All the team were doing an amazing job and the fun and energy in the restaurant was brilliant.thankyou for a great night.

Service was quick and staff good but the burgers were tiny, macdonalds would have been better and i dont even eat them. Need to get the music sorted as well

Ordered my favourite.was so disappointed. Stale low carb bun.burnt pattie.no jalapeños.hardly any sauce and so much folded lettuce. I have eaten at grilled all over the country and never encountered this before.

Very good service, staff were awesome. They were very accommodating for a group of 9 people with no pre booking.

Burger was great and the scenery is top tier Bio-Jazz punk. Only request is more vegan chicken options on the menu xx.

Absolutely amazing place. The food is awesome, the location is super convenient, and the staff are super friendly, this place just has an overall great vibe! Will definitely be coming back!
