Grill'd Applecross

Well.our food had a hair in it (which they gave us a voucher for), but the tables were sticky, the toilet had no soap and there was no sanitiser in the restaurant. How gross to have to eat dirty food off a dirty table with your dirty hands.

Very delicious food. The burgers are some of the best with multiple choices for the bread/bun you can pick.
The chips were also very delicious.

The staffs and manager in this store needs to have a lesson on customer service! Never returning to this store again.

The chicken burger was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. I took 2 bites and had to throw it out. Disgusting. Never again.

Personally Grill'd is not one of my favourite burger joints, but they have good deals and a good location.

Good setup for kids with the activity sheets and kids meals. Speedy service. The new onion ring serves were pretty small though, that's the only complaint. And so far so good with Gluten Free Coeliac options - we haven't had an issue but we make sure they flag those meals as Coeliac.

I love the specials, free drink and burger, come very cheap. But staff seem very unhappy and uninterested. They don't look at the your face even when they visit and ask how the food was. I chased one of the waiters literally nearly 10 mins, he was completely uninterested with people. It was the first time that I had seen a person looking at nothingness. I don't know about their salary, probably they are not paid well, but I know that the service is not good.

Wasn’t overly impressed. Service was slow and the burgers are seemingly getting smaller - especially the meat patties.

Where do I begin. My partner and I went in to order our food and was met with such aggression and rudeness from the server I felt like it was a bother to even come and dine in which they said was an hour wait. Now sitting down we have looked over to the kitchen staff who seem to be joking around with each other, such ridiculous service never had such poor service before here please train staff appropriately who are serving. Staff were also walking around serving food while putting their fingers into their ears. I feel like giving one star is giving too much.

Fave was the onion rings with salt bush. The fries share plate was awesome too, sweet potato, potato & zucchini fries. Great tasting sharing dish.

A great restaurant with an excellent location to enjoy food. Similar to this Cockburn gateway is also a beautiful location nearby.

The burgers are delicious, you can also choose the bread you want to eat, and the fries are also delicious!

Been good previously, but last night the burgers were cold & very average. Not sure but the meat and chicken must of been pre cooked cause they were short staffed after the busy footy period.

This Grill'd restaurant is generally good, but can also be so inconsistent with the quality. Tonight we had panini buns which were so dry they basically shattered as we tried to eat them, the HFC was also incredibly dry. Not a pleasant experience, but still willing to give this Grill'd location another go.

Stable taste, clean environment when i was there. Good place if you have no idea what to have for lunch or dinner.

This was the worst very disappointed at our takeaway today the chips where obviously cooked at least 3 times full of oil we didn't eat them and the salad was presented and put together terribly. Who is in the Kitchen! We won't be back. It seems the care factor that was once satisfactory is gone.

Best Burger I've had since May 2021, if more places had gluten free options here in WA it would be better. But this place (WA) is way behind the times.

Terrible management tonight. Left several tables sitting in waiting for over an hour for food whilst they pumped out the takeaway. Didn’t even receive our drinks. Cancelled order and left. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to it. Pick up your game guys!

Ordered online 30 mins in advance, been waiting in store another 30. Not exactly a busy restaurant either.all for two buns and a patty
