Greenwood Village Fish & Chips

Still my go to but the standard “10 mins” response is a joke. I complained once after sitting waiting for half an hour past said 10 mins, the owner was neither apologetic nor polite. They know how to cook fish and chips though, so take the good with the bad.

Very happy with our meal this public holiday.

The fish was tasty. Great batter.

The chips were also good although I prefer a bit crunchier.

That said they went down a treat with the delicious curry sauce!

It used to be good but now it has become overpriced and offers less food than what you pay for, it has definitely dropped off in recent times

The best. I regularly get 3 x Half Fish n Chips wrapped separately and it's always cooked perfectly.

The best fish & chips in Perth hands down been that way for the 30 years I've lived in Greenwood.

I had fairly high expectations after seeing the ratings for this place but I’m honestly scratching my head as to where they’ve come from. I paid a lot of money for a lot of greasy, thick batter. I’ve never known a fish stick like the ones we got from here - the ‘fish’ stick in the middle of the thick batter was more mushy batter with the flavouring of a fish stick. Truely odd. The chips were cooked well but dripping in grease. The battered prawns were OK once the batter was removed. Half of what we purchased ended up in the bin.

Great fish and chips! Oil used to cook it looked super fresh and so the meal came out nice and golden. Could use with some more chicken salt

Haven't bothered with fish and chips for a long while, couldn't find decent anywhere.
Tried this place last week and absolutely loved it. Went back again tonight and same. Not greasy, prawns were really delicious as we're the pineapple and banana fritters. Everything perfect. I'm a big fan now.

The very worst fish and chips I have ever had and I paid extra to get grilled king snapper. The fish was not edible and actually smelt off

Worst chips ever glad didn't order anything else then when rang to let them know they were very rude wouldn't recommend to anyone at all

Omg I really love this fish and chip shop! So fresh and such generous portions! Cannot fault the customer service and best part is its all crispy and well drained! Totally love!

Normally our favourite, but tonight (Good Friday) fish was excellent. Chips were awful (soggy, undercooked and unsalted). Very disappointing.

Was so so looking forward to my fish and CHIPS. When I got home NO CHIPS but paid for them. Don't live close so very annoyed and cheated.

The chips were super oily and with a rancid taste (i guess from the oil that might be over used and heated). It was thee first time i had a bad stomach pain after eating

An awesome fish and chip shop with great product and staff. We have been ordering from here for over 6 years on a weekly basis and have always been happy with our meals.

After years of the best fish and chips, the last 2 times was disappointing the fish has been sloppy, both times.

Waited an over an hour for our fish and chips tonight, and we pre-booked. We won't return, it's unacceptable.

I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad meal from here, and we’ve been a lot! The food is always fresh, the chips are SO good and portion sizes are generous.
