After over a decade of only short term relief from many Physio treatments, finally I found someone who can relive my pain (very tight back / neckMuscles) almost instantly.
I can’t recommend Colin enough. The treatment, set up, cleanliness, and Colon being so friendly and listens carefully, makes the whole experience positive and beneficial. So nice to not have pain any more.

This was one of the best massages I have had, if not the best. Colin took the time before the massage to understand which areas you wanted him to concentrate on and any issues you may be having. He has great knowledge of the human anatomy.
During the massage, every movement he makes is meticulous and purposeful. You can feel him working through all your muscles etc.maintaining the same amount of effort and care throughout the massage. I have had 3 massage's over the last few months with Colin of Greenwood Remedial Massage -specifically for muscular tightness around my shoulder's, lower back and legs.
My shoulder's are getting better and I no longer have the pins and needles sensation that I used to have down my right arm, which had lingered for around 6 months. By the end of the massage I was feeling very relaxed.
