The spa looks really good, and it is very welcoming. I had a facial and Claudia did a great job. My skin was glowing and I felt really relaxed afterwards. The products are top quality. Highly recommended!

Booked in for a couple’s treatment that included back scrub, massage, facial and head massage for $900.

We arrived late by 20mins so fair enough we were understanding that as a result we would have a shortened treatment as they told us they had back-to-back clients and we happily agreed we would lose out on the back scrub as it was our fault for being late.

However, not only did we not receive the full service, we didn’t even received the agreed service (didn’t do head massage) and when asked why, the therapist said we ran out of time. No attempt to make up or apologize for it and there certainly was no-follow up clients as we sat by the reception having our refreshments and watched as the staff left likely leaving for their lunch break.

We paid $900 for not even a 2hr massage, the most expensive day spa experience we’ve paid for and it was extremely sub-par with their service & products. Can say it is definitely the worst $900 we’ve ever spent and am thoroughly disappointed although the studio is quite beautiful and aesthetic. Such a shame

If it was 40mins that we were late then it is understandable that we did not receive full treatment, I would not expect such. However, it was agreed at the time that we would not have time for the body scrub only and such was my expectation.

Initial review was 1* Have amended the stars to reflect on the basis we were running possibly 40mins late however left feeling disappointed with the experience.

Best birthday surprise, full body massage and facial at Greenhouse. Everything is top quality the staff, products and treatments. My skin was glowing for days after, thank you for a wonderful experience, floated out and very happy with purchased products.

I have been working in the massage industry for many years and I usually go to new places with low expectations so I'm not disappointed. I was gifted a full body massage with Maisy today and was so pleased with her skill. I felt instantly relaxed. The massage was blissful whilst still reducing tension in my shoulders and back. Thank you. I know where I will be rebooking for my next spa relaxation treatment.

Went with my mum for a facial yesterday and the service was incredible and my skin was gorgeous after. Felt like they really paid attention to my skin type and weren’t going through the motions. Products and massage were great too. I can’t remember who looked after us but thank you!

I’ve recently managed to make time for myself and found the perfect yoga studio - Greenhaus! They offer a number of different class times so you can always find one that will suit you. The teachers are amazing too! Since getting back into yoga, I am feeling physically and mentally stronger. I love being back on the mat! Thank you Greenhaus!

I had the most amazing facial at Greenhaus! My facial was customised to my skin type and skin concerns which was first analysed by the therapist. The studio is beautiful and the whole experience was absolutely beautiful!
