Greenfields Supa-Deli & Bakery

This place has changed hands and is now called the Pit Stop. The food is fantastic and fresh. The Vietnamese food is my favourite but everything looks and smells great. Lots of grocery items, friendly staff and great prices too. But don't just take my word for it. Pop in and check it out yourself.

I ordered Rosie's chicken that was covered in salt. I let the owner know about it and he got angry with me. I was simply letting them be aware. I litteraly had to calm him down. Opening times are never consistent, staff are there to just take your money. No smiles or small talk to welcome you.

Good food, Rosies chicken to die for, desserts, salads cakes and good friendly service. Im going there now.

Admittedly this was my first return visit here in approx 2years, due to moving house. It did appear to have plenty of freshly made sandwiches /rolls also a good selection of sweet treats. Shop was nice & clean. Staff on counter seem to have had a rough start to their shift though, as I have to say they were not concentrating on my order & needed to clarify multiple times. I had no issue with them wanting to verify my order at all, however the ^ eye rolling ^ went a step to far.
When I lived closer, this was my fav place to grab a cuppa & a quick bite. All things considered it still would be.
Staff are usually 5 star!

I only get my deli from either Greenfields or Seabreeze. The fish and chips here though.just wow!

Used to come here with a friend who raved about your food. I think I only ever got one steak burger that was good. After that everything was awful. The chicken burgers just didn't taste good at all. So Rosie's came along, yay something different. No, the chicken was overly salty. My food was never anything to brag about and as for service, never had a decent experience once. Always felt like I was inconveniencing them for wanting a service. Never again

They sell a variety of hot and cold foods amongst other things, good service and pleasant staff.

Quite disappointing. We ordered $5 worth of chips and compared to every other chip shop I've bought from the serving size was rather small. We collected our chips on time but it seemed like they had been sitting in the shop for ages and they didn't look or taste fresh at all. We also ordered some onion rings, hash browns and potato cakes and they were all so mushed up and stuck together and the hash browns were barely edible as they just slipped straight through our fingers like slop.

This place is awesome, great prices too, I often drive past a number other fish and Chip shops to get theirs.

You can get a decent serving size here for a not terrible price, the chips quality are good for the price. Only complaint I have is with the gravy sizes, they have small and large sizes however it would be much more convenient if there was a medium size also as we never use a full size tub so we opt for a small and go light on the gravy, a medium tub would be perfect.

Tried takeaways from here for the first time tonight, regular visitors to the area and will definitely be back.thumbs up to the steak burger especially and great friendly service.

I'm always buying from here from cool drinks, bags of lollies for the kids Rosie's Chicken "my partners favourite" fish & chips with extra sides, the staff are amazing as well as the food been coming here for a few years now never hafe to wait long.

Was told by a friend that this place had the best fish and chips. Ordered a burger with everything, and fish and chips for mum and dad. Burger was the best ever, and the fish and chips were fantastic. Adding a new take-away food outlet to my list fo sure. I'll be telling my friends.

Staff are great but sorry the fish (snapper) was dry and very ordinary.
In my opinion ciccerello's leaves them for dead. Portions have got smaller as well coz before there used to be 2 pcs fish and heaps of chips. Sorry but won't be returning.

Greenfields deli has been my local go to shop and fish n chip shop for many years now. Hands down one of the best fish n chips in the area if not the town. Hearty and reasonably priced burgers, they use NZ angel beef patties which are delish, a great lunch bar, friendly staff and a wide range of grocery items for any household. An awesome local family owned business we love to support.

Worst customer service ever. The shop timings state 8pm closing, it was not quite 7.30om when we got in, they turned the lights out on us and told us to hurry up!
