Definitely recommend this place! The staff are so genuine and do want to help you out straight away. My fur baby wasn’t well last week, the staff made sure to get to the bottom of it and called daily just to check in until she was back to her usual self

Greencross vet nurses saved my dogs life out the front of the vet on the ground. He was choking and had fallen unconscious on the way. I was not a client, I banged on the window, 3 girls flew out the front and used their knowledge and experience to remove the ball from his throat. If it wasn’t for their fast action and training he would have died. Very traumatic experience and they were beyond prepared and professional, they even took great care in looking after me as I was a mess. They are wonderful. They have a new client in me!

Highly recommend Dr Benjamin, was amazing with my reactive mastiff. Came outside to do his vaccination and was very relaxed and helpful in managing his anxiety as vets are normally a very overwhelming experience for my rescue boofa.

The vets provide very consistent care. I can always get my dog an appointment usually on the same day I phone up. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I wanted to thank Greencross Vets Butler. My little girl Honey hasn’t had the best of luck since being born earth bound 4 months ago. Dr Michael and the team were super patient, caring and reassuring. In the space of nearly 6 weeks Honey has visited Greencross Vets 4 times with different reasons. We were referred to a specialist and have found out today the results. If it wasn’t for this amazing team, I don’t know where we would be.

A big big thank you to you all and I would 100% recommend this clinic.

I am extremely disappointed in this vet. I booked a few weeks ago a grooming for my cat. I usually go to Padbury and pay $150 but there first available spot was the 28 December. I phoned these vets as I see they also do cats. They qoute me $160 and I said perfect. I asked my husband the morning to drop the cat off on his way to work and sign the paperwork. He just do that and, later on when he had time ask me why the grooming was so dear. That's when I found out they charged me $350. I would never pay that for a grooming. I asked them to go back on there phone calls but they haven't got time and I still had to pay that amount.

The staff are so caring and professional. This is always where I will take my animals.

Wonderful staff who will always go above and beyond for you and your pet! Fitted us in upon closing to see to our sick dog. Highly recommend them, our pets love going here and all the nurses and vets. They are all so calm and patient

They are very understanding and caring, and do not hesitate to take the time to listen to your pet issues and find a way to help resolve them. Arrived 8mins late, because of their parking was full, didn't want to park in front of someone house I had to go at the shops parking across the road get to reception puppy in the arms they told me I was late and cancelled my appointment, no compassion at all they rejected me as I arrived. Very disappointed. Bad experience, there is way to say things, no professional at all!

Very grateful we came across Dr Tammy, our last few experiences before seeing her were very poor. We'd been there previously and had been told nothing was wrong with our cat, 2 months on and he was still having the same issues. After seeing Dr Tammy she was very knowledgeable in what could be causing theses issues and explained everything very clearly and after a round of medication he has never been better. Dr Tammy was very thorough and I couldn't fault the experience. Will definitely be bringing our others to see her.

Very disappointed just trying to get my 5 month old kitten vaccinated. Had the first vaccination no problem, the receptionist was a bit clueless. Didnt really feel the vet did a thorough health check or gave me much feedback but as was coming back for a 2nd vaccination wasnt too worried. Booked for 4 weeks later as advised. On that day my appointment was cancelled for an emergency which I had no problem accommodating in such circumstances and booked for the following week. When I came back I showed up and same clueless receptionist advised me they didnt have the vaccination. I was then advised it was overdue anyway so would have to restart the 2 vaccination process. Very frustreated as if I had been told this the following week I would have found another vet to do it last week. Really worries me if they cant manage basics like vaccination then I couldnt trust them with real problems. Luckily lakeside Joondalup has helped me out today.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to our cat, we've been going here for 18yrs and always had lovely vets, nurses and staff. It changed hands and became Green Cross Vets, everything stayed the same. All the staff were very caring and kind to us at this hard time. We received a sympathy card shortly afterwards which was lovely then a card from the Cancer Council saying Green Cross Vets had made a donation to them in our pets name. That was very touching and much appreciated, we would highly reccommend them for their professional and caring service
