Was able to see Fred quickly after a cancellation meant a prompt appointment became available

Absolutely horrible, my dog woke up sick, was breathing heavily and wouldn’t eat or drink, I checked his gums they were blue so we took him to the vet, we got there the lady at the counter said “he’s really sick you need to take him to the emergency now” (20 min drive from where we were) and we asked if they could help him at all and they said “we’re fully booked today” he ended up being unresponsive in the car and sadly passed away, thanks to these absolute heartless people, DON’T TRUST YOU’RE PET WITH THESE PEOPLE

but you guys just know how to make her feel safe just the way you treating her with so much affection melts my heart always

Very friendly and professional staff that took great care of my dog for a day procedure. They made him feel very relaxed and comforted and the vet and practice nurse explained in great detail to me what would be happening. The practice is very clean and well organised.

It was my first time going to greencross vet at joondalup with my cat for a general checkup. Dr Sheryl Kidd was amazing, kind and informative.very happy to find a good vet with such lovely and kind staff.

Great service and follow up post op care. Best price for sterilisations cats and dogs. Has a fantastic annual cost saving plan which l would reccomend if you can't afford or don't have pet insurance.

Just had our young boy in due to damaging a tooth. Not a nice thing for him but they sorted him out and always show the care you hope to get at a Vets.
Everything they do is explanned and always answer my questions efficiently.

Thank you to the 2 gentlemen who took my ratty in last minute to give him his wings. Having rats for nearly 10 years and having an emergency can be hard in Perth - I’ve even been told a vet won’t touch a rat. There was 0 hesitation to help me and work with the little time I had. Green Cross Vets Joondalup are the best vet we have ever been to. Our Dog Roxy has has multiple check ups and surgeries over the years, all staff are so kind and caring and go above and beyond to ensure not only your pet is well looked after but the owner too. Thank you so much.

The vets here are so helpful, they don't make me feel stupid when I ask questions and always give great advice.

They were very welcoming and caring towards me and my dog, Leah. Everyone was professional asking questions about Leah, checking her out thoroughly and giving me information.

So glad I found this vet. Such lovely vets and vet nurses, and have taken such good care of my sick pup. Fees are very reasonable. I love that they follow up after appointments to see how the pet is going after vaccinations or other treatments.

Amazing. Took my very old family dog in and it was certainly an opportunity for the vet to make a lot of money but he just addressed the issue we came in with. I would highly recommend. Thank you to the amazing team at Greencross Vets Joondalup

The team at greencross Joondalup are amazing. We had been taking our blue staffy to see Dr. Sheryl for the past few years. After each visit, when we leave we always felt like we have been listen to and heard, and our dog had been well looked after. Dr Sheryl is experienced and understanding and really helped us manage our staffy through some difficult times.
The girls, especially Emma and Annie are always so kind and very personable. Never have I been to a vet like this. I recommend them to everyone!
We recently had to say goodbye to our boy. Knowing he was surrounded by his favourite vet and vet nurses gave us some comfort. Sheryl, Emma and Annie had a nice bed for him and made sure he was comfortable and calm during goodbyes. We really cannot thank them enough for how they looked after our boy throughout his life, and when it was time to say goodbye to him.
We will miss visiting the team!

Excellent service.kind and caring, considerate of my pets needs good advice no pressure to have this or buy that done.

May have been short staffed.
Appointment for 11.am for annual dog vac.
We didn't go in to diagnostic room until 11.30.
No one to greet us or to even know were there.
I phoned, as asked in a reminder text to us, while in waiting room and no one answered the phone.
We had also booked our cat in for her annual vaccination, only to be told that F5 is out of stock apparently country wide and not available for a number of weeks.
Felt very rushed and veterinarian slightly dismissive.

The staff are always so bright and bubbly - it makes the anxious trip to the vet a whole lot easier. The team of vets are also extremely professional and you can tell they genuinely love animals.

Sheryl you are just an amazing woman and have been the most loving and understanding vet we have ever had. You have gone above and beyond for the past few years we have been with you and sadly lost our girl jazzy yesterday. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with our girl. Thankyou for everything and for continuing to be amazing with our other pups. Also Annie you have been an amazing part of this aswell! Your both gorgeous woman and we appreciate the work you do and the love you have for our animals.

I must say that the service and people working there are awesome. One day I called about a problem with our dog and the Vet spoke to me for over 20 mins and explained everything to sort out our problem.truly wonderful. I do definitely recommend Greencross Vets in Joondalup.
