I’ve always had a great experience with Greencross Vets. I find them to provide excellent service and you can tell they care about your pets. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

My French bulldog Nutella love the environment, the patient and the knowledge of the doctors. They are always ready to help you and give the best treatment.

Everyone at the Clinic are so passionate about their careers here at Green Cross Vet. We have been going for a few years with our cat Athena who has skin allergies. Dr Jacob is so kind and so knowledgeable about what is going on and even take's the time to educate us on what exactly is happening with our pet. Dr Bernie is also fantastic and cares so much about our babies, as well as the vet nurses who treat our animals like their own. They are completely transparent with the costs of things and will try find the best plan of attack when treating our pets. I couldn't recommend a Vet more than I do Green Cross Vets. I know they have our babies best interests in mind and that's all that matters <3

This vet clinic is wonderful, they had same day appointments, professional, they take their time and listen avidly and are so good with dogs. Definitely recommend Greencross

Had a fantastic experience taking my girl to have her spay and gastropexy. Jacob put my mind at ease before the surgery and followed up after her big operation. I was made fully aware of what was entailed and her post op care. He has been very professional. Would highly reccomened (in fact i have already reccomended)

Recently had to say goodbye to our lovely old man, Hamish. Cheryl was so kind and patient answering all our questions and helping us make the best decision for Hamish's well being. Jacob and a vet nurse (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name) came to our house, gave us plenty of time to say our good byes, were so kind and caring and patient and respectful, and professionally and sensitively helped our old fella pass over the rainbow bridge with no pain or stress. We are so grateful for your compassion, and really appreciate the sympathy card received a few days later. Thank you so much.

Greencross Vets Cockburn really went up and beyond for all of my pets. I have two dogs and a cat and they are all seen by Dr Jacob. Not to mention how caring and loving all the nurses are that help us out when we go to the clinic. The staff are definitely the best at the cockburn clinic. Couldn’t recommend any more!

I love the staff here, and that's what makes a good vet.

When my car departed they were really kind and respectful. With my new cat they still remember me and Franci & I enjoy our vet visits.

They also took great care of my friend who has a very anxious dog and had previous horrible experiences at other vets. I'm really happy to hear how they handled Jaxx and treated him well.

Our cat Bruce is constantly at the vet as he is super old with renal failure and everytime Dr Cheryl is so thorough and friendly. She takes the time to explain everything and lay out all of our options and treatment plans.
Even with Covid and having to have a few appointments with their distancing protocols which meant them taking bruce from the carpark to be assessed and Dr Cheryl ringing us while we waited in the carpark there was no lacking in service, information and care.
We always get a follow up text or phone call in the following days after his appointment to see how he is doing and responding to treatment.

Dr Cheryl is the best vet we have ever had and their greencross healthy pets plus program has definitely saved us money with Bruce and his many many issues lol

Vet was only interested in upselling. Had no interest in my responses and kept talking over me to offer next product.

And when it didn't, you guided us through something so incredibly difficult with grace, empathy and patience. We really appreciate your kindness and gentleness and your support during this time meant the world to us.

Cheryl is an amazing vet and she takes so much time to make sure the pets are comfortable and happy.
