Dr Jasmin Phua and the team at Greencross Booragoon have been an absolute godsend. They were extremely caring, compassionate, and patient towards me and the end-of-life care for my 19-year-old cat, making the stressful event more bearable by taking the time to listen and go above and beyond expectations. The entire experience was first class. Highly recommended!

Our dog Freckles has made a number of visits to Greencross Booragoon
His visits have ranged from vaccination, annual checkup to major dental work
He is not an easy dog to handle but vet Jasmin has been very caring and patient with her dealings with him. She has been willing to spend as much time as required with him and will sit on the floor with him to obtain his trust.
Also the cost of treatment has been excellent

Dr Jasmin is a godsend! Incredibly thorough in examining my dogs, never rushed any appointments and always took me through all the possible treatment options. The nurses are also great, everyone always have a smile on their faces, such a pleasant place to walk into.

All the staff where caring and friendly.
The vet went above and beyond and I’m so thankful.
Spyro was helped and they all made sure she was comfortable and reassured.

We attended the clinic for what turned out to be a scratched cornea on my border collie puppy's eye. Jen the vet was amazing and her professionalism and care made what was a stressful event for us manageable. The whole experience was first class, will definitely be back!

The staff are very welcoming and patience. On arrival we are greeted and my 7 month old kitten is allowed to come out and explore the kitten room until the vet is ready to see her. They also give treats.

Slowly with each visit he is building up more trust with the doctor. I suspect eventually the measure in place will be a thing of the past. So thankful for their patience for my beloved pooch!

I cannot fault Greencross Booragoon. They are always so accommodating and and always doing their best to help. The vets are so knowledgeable and caring. My dog has needed ear drops for the last week and today I was struggling to get them in. I called Greencross and they said I could bring him down and they would squeeze me in to help put the ear drops in (keeping in mind it is Saturday). I am so grateful for their help. I believe the nurses that were there this morning were JP and Catherine? , so I would like to give them a special mention for their help.

The Vet was very friendly and gave great advice. They are a bit expensive and charge alot to clip dog nails.

Had to have our beautiful dog put down, they were amazing and very compassionate, would recommend them, they are amazing

We are new to the area and are so happy to have found Greencross Booragoon to look after our two dogs. They were highly recommended to us by our family and have transitioned their files and all reminders seamlessly. Dr Jennifer did an extensive first consult to get to know our dogs, I have never experienced a vet doing such a thorough examination and chatting to her during the process gave me confidence in how much the whole team really care:)
One of my dogs recently had some abnormal blood test results and the team went above and beyond to find a vet to do his ultrasound ASAP so that we could work out what was happening. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about Dr Jasmine and the team:)

The Greencross team are good at Bill loading
and over charging for services. Will go elsewhere in future and cancel my greencross membership.

Highly recommend. We started taking our Cavoodle here and is the best vet so far. Have already referred friends here, and they also are impressed. Always are super friendly and informative, without being too expensive.

Never go to a Greencross Vet. My little dog died because they refused to let her see a Vet so she could get treatment for a serious heart condition. Do not TRUST them with your pets!
