We engaged Green-Shore for a second storey addition to our house plus some alterations to the existing house. We lived in the house throughout the reno. From the start, Paul Miller and James Billington in design worked with us and accommodated our vision. Quentin explained the contract very well such that there was no surprises. Ben supervised and was exceptional. In fact, Ben and his team because the quality of the workmanship is simply stunning. They worked to good time - schedule to the date which is unusual in this industry! We 're pleased we went with Green-Shore and would highly recommend them!

We have just completed a second storey addition to our 1910 built home with Green Shore. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give these guys. They are awesome! This is our third build and 2 of the 3 previous builds with different builders were a nightmare. With these guys we could relax and know that everything was extremely well organised and finished to a very high standard. Throughout the build there were nice surprises along the way with materials being better quality than we had envisaged and the tradesmen on the job going over and above. Even the office staff were knowledgeable and prompt at addressing queries. The job has been completed ahead of schedule which is a feat in itself given the supply and labour shortages at the moment but these guys wouldn't skimp on quality. We have had probably around 25 different tradespeople working on the job and all have done an immaculate job, they didn't let anything be left just "good enough". I never thought I would say that a build has been enjoyable but this one has and I'm still in disbelief how they can be so well organised in a difficult global climate. The owners Clint and Quentin are true gentlemen and make an extra effort to accommodate requests and actually listen to their clients. I think one of the reasons they are so efficient is that most of the tasks are completed by employees rather than contractors, so these guys work together every day and they all know what their job roles are and how to work as a team. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and next time we need an extension or to build new we will definitely be approaching Green Shore.

Green-shore finished our renovation 3 months ago - single storey extension including kitchen / living / dining, butlers pantry plus master bedroom and ensuite, to a 100 year old brick & tile house in Vic Park.
Very happy with the Greenshore experience. Extremely accommodating of our requests, from changing design details to last minute requests such as moving power outlets and fans. We lived on-site as they did the build, which required a bit of temporary hoarding, and worked out fine.
The whole team was friendly and professional throughout, in particular the brickies and cabinet makers who did a stellar job. They were also accommodating of our own subbies who did the painting and floorboards.
Given the overheated market at the time and other horror stories we've been hearing about (long delays, cost blow-outs) we were happy with all aspects of the build quality, and that they managed to stick very close to the original agreed timeline (~6 months).

No request too big or too small, always returned calls and turned up on time. Just completed a kitchen upgrade and was seamless. Highly, HIGHLY recommended

Right from the planning stage through to completion we had a positive experience with Green-Shore Builders. During the planning stage nothing was too much effort and we were incredibly happy with the final design. Our renovation was started as planned and took 7 months to complete, most things went according to plan and we had complete confidence in all the tradesmen who worked on site. They offered their advice and were always happy to assist with questions or queries we had. Several times during the renovation we changed our mind or requested additional changes (as you do) on internal features or product selection and the builders were always happy to incorporate these into our design. We highly recommend Green-Shore Builders and would have complete confidence in using them for our next renovation project.

Quentin and the team did a great job in designing and executing the renovations to our house. They were faced with a number of challenges due to the age of the house and DIY jobs from previous owners. However, they overcame these obstacles with careful planning and expertise. They completed the job within the specified time. We are very pleased with the results.

Green-Shore Builders delivered what we envisioned for our dated open-plan living room/kitchen, laundry and alfresco. From the first contact with Peter from sales, through to design, the fine tuning of details and duration of the renovations to completion we found every staff member we dealt with obliging, helpful and professional.
