Great Temptations reviews
6Had business with Carl today and got to try some of the latest range of sweets. Absolutely delicious food and a top bloke too, friendly and knowledgeable. The granola bars are amazing, and the service is outstanding! I highly recommend them!
The best bakery around very nice, highly recommended. Andy from Pipe Domain.
Mini choc muffins [reduced salt/sugar; increased fibre] used to be the best and I would buy at least 1 to 2 boxes at a time - when they were in the box. Then it all changed. They are now packaged in a plastic tray/wrapped in plastic. Tasteless; dry and way overpriced! I can see that other buyers have the same feeling, as before they were prominently displayed at my local IGA and were often 'sold out' - now they don't sell and have been moved, to be tucked away, with other brands taking their shelf space. Will not be buying again - shame!
Tried MufNutz today with my husband and have to say they were so moist and delicious. Just the right size for a snack with a cuppa.
Thank you for saving the day! As someone who is not a great cook and definitely not a baker I was so happy to find your range of cupcakes and muffins for a high tea I was hosting for my friends. They have all gone and I now look like a domestic goddess. Thank you for the delicious, fresh tasting, moist cakes!
I just purchased a pack of Great Temptations Lamingtons, described as six icing filled chocolate cakes rolled in delicious coconut flakes lovingly hand made in Australia from Ritchies IGA, Nambucca Heads, NSW for the price of $8.49.
Huge disappointment! Even though I thought the cakes expensive, I trusted the description thinking I would be treating myself to something really special. Sadly no. A tasteless, textureless cake with a dab of sugary fat in it's centre covered not by coconut flakes, but ordinary dessicated coconut.
I feel as though I have been ripped off, financially and emotionally. This was intended to be my first sweet treat in six months. I would like my money back please.
