Great Beginnings Secret Harbour

I want to say thank you to you all for being so welcoming to my daughter who has been doing work placement with you recently, she absolutely loves coming in and always is happy when she comes home. She really has grown and love working with all the kids, thank you all for being so kind and great!

High staff turnover over the last few years has made this center not what it used to be. We where really disappointed how an incident was handled and the lack of communication. This resulted in us unenrolling our child from this center.

This centre has a really family oriented feel and the carers genuinely care for both the children and the parents - highly recommend

My daughter has been attending Great Beginnings Secret Harbour for almost 12 months. She has settled in nicely and looks forward to her two days a week with her teachers and little friends. Her teachers are always happy to give a cuddle and are very attentive to her needs.

My son has attended this centre since it opened, it is very welcoming and offers a clean and well resourced environment. I often work away and really enjoy receiving daily updates and photos of my son via the kindyhub app.

Our daughter Salma has attended the Great Beginnings centre which meets EYLF outcomes from January 2016 and we have seen a remarkable improvement in her social skills and vocabulary. The Educators are amazing, show genuine care and interest, are caring, patient with great interaction and show the utmost professionalism in their responsibilities. The wonderful staff have made Salma feel secure and valued and have helped provide her with the beginning of academic and social skills. The centre is immaculately clean and well organised, with a wonderful exciting outdoor activity area which Salma looks forward to. The indoor educating area is also conducive to explore her interests with a variety of activities that stimulates her. There is an abundance of arts and crafts classes which Salma really enjoys. Salma loves going to the centre and comes home showing and telling us about the activities she has enjoyed and friendships being developed. The Kindyhub app is great for us parents as the centre provides Daily updates, pictures and activities done for the day which is a great help in encouraging Salma to further develop on activities learned. Great staff who show genuine affection and concern to both children and adults alike who care and are developing important relationships that make for a valuable and happy centre. It is such a comfort to know that our Salma has such a wonderful start to her education and is safe and being nurtured at Great Beginnings in the loving caring and environment provided.

I can't recommend Great Beginnings Secret Harbour highly enough. My daughter has been going since January and the staff helped her transition and settle in very well. I love how the parents are kept up to date with the child's day with pictures and the daily journals on Kindyhub. The educators have a lot of time and care for the children and there is a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout the centre.

Great Beginnings Secret Harbour is a "home away from home" for my daughter, with state of the art facilities, a naturescape garden, cubby house and friendly staff who genuinely care about the children's education and well being.

I was so hesitant at first to put my 1 year old son into day care when I returned to work this year. I am so pleased that I found Great Beginnings! The centre is lovely and bright, with a fantastic outdoor play area. The staff are all amazing, they have so much time for each child and take the time to get to know the families really well. I am now happy to drop my son off every day as I know he will be so well cared for and will have a fun filled and engaging day. Couldn't recommend this centre more! Absolutely love this Centre. The staff are fantastic and the facility is beautiful, but most of all my daughter loves going here.the girls have made her feel so welcome from the very start.

Great Beginnings in Secret Harbour is a fantastic day care centre. My daughter attended the centre from when it first opened until May this year. We only moved her because we moved house to a different area. The staff and Management were extremely friendly and provided us with excellent care. The daily updates through KindyHub were fantastic and it was always nice to see what my child was up to during the day. I can not recommend the centre highly enough and if I could provide more then 5 starts I would. Everyone always went above and beyond. Fantastic day care for all ages.

Great Beginnings is more than a day care Centre it's a home from home friendly, caring and safe place for children. As a grandparent living across the other side of the world I was particularly impressed with the unique 'daily diary' of events and personal care my precious grandson was receiving. It's wonderful to follow his progress and fun educational little journey. I have been fortunate enough to visit the centre, for real whilst on holiday, the lovely, kind, nurturing staff, complimented the comfortable vibrant quality environment and confirmed the excellent standard of care he received.

My son attends Great Beginnings Secret Harbour and loves it! We started when the centre was only a couple of months old and loved the idea of a new, fresh centre with new toys, playground, etc.

The staff are fantastic and very professional and I like the fact that a lot of their children attend the centre as well. I found it very appealing that they had hands on/real life experience with children - it's one of the main reasons I decided on Great Beginnings

Nothing but nice words to say about the centre, the staff are very friendly and approachable and I get a daily update on how my son is doing. Highly recommend this centre and Great Beginnings
