Great Beginnings Parmelia

My son attends this daycare, it’s his first daycare, he’s 1 years old. I have to say, it’s a great place. Always providing updates on my son during the day which gives me a lot of peace of mind and he’s always looked after and happy to come in each week. They do a great job here. I love the little events they put on for the kids. Definitely recommend.

Awesome. They’re just awesome. As a mother I always worry about my little boy when I'm not with him. But thanks to the wonderful team staff who reassured me with their kindness and professionalism. My little boy is always happy to go there. The activities offered to children are very interesting and fun. And thanks to the Xplor app (pictures, meals, nap time, nappies change) I feel like I spent the all day with my boy

My 3 year old and 1 year old attend this centre and it has been such a great environment for them both! This is the 2nd centre they have attended and I have already seen such an improvement in their quality of care and their attitude to attend and participate in activities. The staff are very caring and attentive to my children's needs and wants, doing everything they can to make my children comfortable and happy.

The staff at great beginnings parmelia have been great at settling my 2 children in since they started a few weeks ago. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly.

My son’s been at Great Beginnings Parmelia for a whole year now, and he loves it! My partner I love the educators he’s had too! Things I love about GB Parmelia is the notifications and tagged observations we get during the day we aren’t stressing about “has he eaten, has he had a nappy change etc” makes being at work a little more easier knowing he’s in good hands. Even during Covid they’ve been very prompt and loved and agreed with all precautions they took to keep the kids Covid safe and also the cute little things they put on for all the holidays, Christmas, Easter mothers and Father’s Day and little dress up days! Great work GB PARMELIA TEAM. Highly recommend this centre

The center goes above and beyond to make your child feel a part of a family environment. I've had no issues as the lady's are effective and efficient with any problems or questions.
The center is warm and inviting.makes you feel special to be apart of such family community daycare

Had minor issues here and there but they're resolved in a timely and professional manor by staff and management

I have had both my children at great beginnings since 2015 and can't fault them at all. All educators have been great and my kids have thrived here. Special shout out to Karen who has had both my kids, they love her.
Highly recommend this centre to the Kwinana locals.

I only recently enrolled my little girl and boy and I was extremely nervous, they have made this a pleasant experience and not as scary as I initially thought. Definitely would recommend they have a wonderful atmosphere.

Mikki has done such an amazing job! So much paperwork and things weren’t done for my daughter before she started and now she has everything and more and she is constantly coming up with more ideas to help support my daughters growth and abilities for the future. Maria has been a superstar and I trust her highly with the care of my daughter as she also goes above and beyond even working with her therapists to assist in helping her development. All the girls are amazing and friendly in the centre, such a relief when you have to work and they are caring for the people that mean the most to you. Thanks again for all you guys do to help Layla ️

Our family have been using the Great Beginnings Parmelia service on and off for the past 6 years. Our girls have loved their time there making friends and being well cared for by the lovely staff.

My son has been attending the centre since he was 5 months old, he has grown to love his carers and thoroughly enjoys his time at "school" He is almost two and the educational component of his care is brilliant, I love the hourly updates and the photos through Xplor. Really happy with all the staff that cares for our child.

This centre was negligent to my niece and left her in her pyjamas and same nappy she was dropped off in. There has been no apology or professionalism from the centre management. Would definitely not recommend sending your children here.

My daughter and I love going to Great Beginnings Parmelia. The staff are so lovely and really engage with the kids. They have an amazing app you can track your child's progress and see what they get up to each day!

Shocking management. Kicked my child out in the middle of covid even with 2 emergency worker parents. Then after management wiped the amount owed still sent it through for debt collection.

Both my boys 3 and 1 goes to this Daycare since they were 7 months old. I absolutely love seeing how much they learn and thrive here at Great Beginnings Parmelia. The educators are so caring and my boys are really fond of them. I feel good knowing that my children are in good hands while I'm at work. They learn new things, play, socialise with friends, eat and sleep well. I would definitely recommend this Day Care.

Our daughter has attended for the past year (moving from another centre).
At the time the centre had the days available which we needed without having to split care options and was clean.
The premises is consistently clean, the staff are caring towards the children and have great programs running. Our daughter has thrived and learnt so much and loves to go see her friends at "play school" - even asks to go on weekends! Personally I loved how they moved one of her educators up through the rooms as the group of kids grew up so they had consistency of care.
Mikki (centre manager) has done a great job since her appointment, always responsive to questions and creates fun initiatives (eg the veggie garden).
The app (Xplor) has improved over the past few months with covid but still needs work.

Ever scince my two daughters started attending this center they have just been taking off, doing and learning so much everyday! The girls hear are all such beautiful people they are very kind and welcoming wich is important it being a daycare center. They are very attentive to the children and consistently keep me updated on what they are doing, eating and even when they are sleeping! My daughters have both made such beautiful friends and love everyone there. I highly recommend this daycare center!

Absolutely fantastic centre.
My son has been there for approximately 9 months now and even though we had a bit of a rocky start with lack of communication and other things, once they changed centre manager to their current one it has been brilliant! The staff are very attentive with my son and he has the best time there.
