Great Beginnings Byford

Would not recommend this company at all.
My 3yo child passed away this year and the management (all management levels) did not care at all and tried to stop the staff (who raised this child which pretty much makes them his family) from coming to his funeral.
I have also worked for this company and been shown the same level of disrespect from management and the favouritism within teams.
Unless the long standing hierarchy of disrespect is attended to I would not work for them nor enrol my children with G8.

After enrolling my son at GB Byford and witnessing the care consideration of my child, it was only certain that i enrolled my two daughters when it was time to return to work.
Having previous bad experiences, GB Byford has really put me at ease, k owing that my children are wonderfully looked after. I cannot get them ready fast enough in the mornings to go to daycare!

We have had the pleasure of being apart of GB BYFORD for the last 4 years. From the first time we put our children into care we have felt welcomed, safe to leave our children and happy knowing that all the girls are so lovely and caring that they are in safe hands.
Thank you for all your hard work and helping look after our kiddies.

Absolutely AMAZING Centre, always friendly helpful and caring staff. My daughter Ayla has been in 3 different aged rooms.
All staff members were adherent to her epilepsy care plan needs and helped me with her routines. Making life better at home!

We moved our daughter to Great Beginnings after a bad experience at her previous daycare and we are so pleased we did! Great Beginnings is so friendly and professional. The staff are always happy and friendly. The Manager, Emma, is quick to respond to any questions and is approachable to talk to about just about anything! The rooms are clean with ample toys and activities to keep the kids busy all day! I highly recommend this daycare!

I couldn't be happier with the care both myself and my daughter have received from the staff at Great Beginnings, Byford. The staff turnover is virtually non-existent which means you get to know all of the educators well and feel comfortable with each of them. The facilities are great with plenty of shade outside and they also have an awesome free dinner service. I always recommend this centre to anyone who lives locally!

My son has been going to this daycare since he was 16 weeks old. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Love the centre and the girls.my little man is so young and leaving him was the hardest thing ever, but the girls are amazing I am sooooo happy for the love and care they provide my little man I cannot thank them enough xoxoxoxo

My daughter has been attending here for 3 years. The centre is warm and friendly and all the carers really get to know the children well and plan educational activities to compliment the childrens current interests. My daughter is confident and is learning so much. She is always telling me about her great day with "friends".

My daughter attends Great Beginnings Byford, We as parents are so happy to see our daughter happy and settled into care. Everyday we get photos and a report showing how great and fun filled her day has been. All staff are amazing and the Centre Manager Emma is always willing to go above and beyond. My son has been attending the centre since he was 6 months old. I was so nervous to leave him in the care of others, but I had to go back to work, which is so scary for a new Mum.
I had nothing to worry about really, as the staff in the nursery room are amazing.
My son is now 18 months old and loves going to daycare. He has such a good bond with the staff, and is excited to get in the car in the mornings to go and see his “daycare friends”

Byford great beginnings day care is really bad day care. When I'm drop off my child no any of the staff no welcoming, no smile no eye contact or no caring. Today when we pick our child one of the educator hold from the arms and said " I can't deal with this ". Worst child care I ever see.

Carers are awesome and the centre is bright and clean. Big yards for the kids to play in and i love getting the daily emails telling me what my child has done for the day.

My son started 6 months ago never been apart from us on a regular basis. He was very upset to begin with but has now developed a great relationship with the staff and doesnt cry and likes going. Such a great comfort knowing he now feels safe and happy to be there and is more ready for school next year

My child has been attending the centre for about 18 months. The girls at the centre are always so welcoming towards the children and the parents. They are always willing to help in anyway that they can.

Everytime I've walked into the centre to drop my daughters off, I'm greet by the lovely staff members.

The the director is very approachable & is willing to help with any questions, issues & enquiries, that I have had with my children at care.

My youngest has had bad separation anxiety from me, the lovely ladies in her room always reasure me, that she will be ok & the ladies have even called me to let me know how she has been coping throughout the day.

Lovely centre wouldn't take my girls anywhere else with Caring staff members, I know my children are in good hands.
