From the very first day at Sparrow Early Learning Childcare Centre, Bentley, I knew I had made the right choice entrusting them with my son's well-being and development. The staff at the Childcare centre are truly remarkable. They are not just caregivers but genuinely loving and nurturing kids who prioritize the safety, happiness, and growth of each child in their care. My son quickly formed a strong bond with his caregivers, which put my mind at ease knowing he was in good hands. The organized routines and well-structured activities at the centre create an environment that fosters growth and learning while still allowing kids to have fun.
I have seen noticeable improvements in my son's social and cognitive skills since he started attending Sparrow Early Learning Childcare Centre. The various activities, group interactions, and educational games have undoubtedly contributed to his overall development.
The facility itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained, creating a safe and stimulating space for children to explore and learn. Moreover, the communication between the staff and parents is exemplary. Knowing that my son is happy and learning while in their care has been a true blessing. Sparrow Early Learning Bentley, what can we say about it. We absolutely love this place - evidenced by the fact that both our kids went here. Since the time it was known as Great Begininnings Bentley to when they transitioned to Sparrow Early Learning Bentley, we have the say the transition was mostly seamless for us. It must have been stressful for the educators, but through out that time of transition, the one thing that remained constant was their level of love, care and commitment to ensure all the kids were well cared for.

Educators:
This is what we love about the place, the educators make it feel like our second family. They really try to make it a point to know every childs' parent by name, do their best to get to know them and their child (ren). The educators make going to daycare as fun as possible. Our oldest, who is turning 6 this year still asks if she can go to Sparrow during the school holidays. It is our opinion that the educators are what make this such a great place! We love you all so please keep up the amazing work you're doing.

Centre Facilities:
From what we've seen, the Sparrow Early Learning Bentley and the staff here pride themselves on making sure the centre has a beautiful atmosphere. The walkway to the rooms are decorated beautifully and with each "special day" that comes up (Easter, Book Week, Halloween, Christmas, etc), the educators do their best to decorate the centre and themselves to match the themes. We've also constantly seen them upgrade the facilities in the centre to ensure that all the kids have a great time, indoors and outdoors.

Food:
The centre has freshly cooked meals in a clean kitchen envirnment prepared daily. The centre has this rotating menu each week so that kids don't come back to the same menu items for meals until 3 weeks later. The variety helps them enjoy their food. Further more, there's morning teas and afternoon teas and fruits to ensure they eating balanced diets. No complaints really.

For us, this has been the best child care experience we could ask for. Some of the educators that our kids grow up with have come and gone. But we have to say that the philosophy and heart of the centre is to bring in educators/carers who truly care for and love the children. This is a constant that we have seen over the past 5 years that our two kids have been with the centre.

To the educators at Sparrow Bentley, thank you for the love and care you bring daily. To the management, you've got a great team here, make sure they know they're appreciated by you as much as they are by us!

We are very proud parents for sending Jovan to such a good institution with all the care and comfort children require. A very good environment to nurture children and their little dream to make them better for the future. Personally I dislike this daycare - I would travel further then send my child here. There were a couple of great staff who moved on quickly due to management and being un happy - the treatment of my child was shocking not being able to explain certain things that occurred, loss of items constantly, feeding my child things she was not meant to have and the list goes on. The manager would often change systems, banking, and rules and it was always a game that need linked to policies.

My son is going to this day care since 7 months old, the educators here have taken such good care of him. Janine the manager is also very helpful. I can't thank them enough, I would highly recommend this place.

I am relieved and happy to give my son to study here and take care from the educators. Because the environment, mentor, meal, education, and educators are great, caring and patient!
I still remember that my son resisted coming here in the first month. Because of strangeness and fear, after more than a month my son became very fond of learning and sharing happy moments with the educators. When Childcare day come, I will tell to him. Today, you have to go to School, and he will be very happy that he has to go out to school and holding with his favorite bag & water bottle. I’m very happy to see this expression.
So I would recommend my friends to enroll here for children to learn and enjoy a happy day.

My child in the babies room, the staffs were very friendly and professional. We love the environment and atmosphere, I know my child in good hands, he likes to be there, always feel like at home. Awesome centre

Just know this, when the chips are down, they would disappoint you without caring about the effect it would have on you and your family. They appear friendly but, are very vindictive and will not hesitate to mess your family up. A word is enough for the wise!

The staff at GB Bentley are very friendly and warm. The carers are fantastic and my child is well looked after. She always has a great time whenever she goes and comes back happy and full of stories. I like the activities they provide, the sensory play and that they have someone external come and do music time on Tuesday. Highly recommend.

The refund process was so disappointed. I have put the refund form 6 weeks ago. There were several delays in processing. After two weeks, I contacted them, I was told the form I initially filled was changed and need to fill the new form. Then followed their advice and send it to them. After 2 weeks, nobody contacted me nor no refund received. Then, I contacted to them again, then was told manager was on leave. There is no respect, no professionalism, no follow up for delayed reason, no explanation. Every follow up made by me was given another form to fill or lastly the signature was not readable, which follow up was made again after 2 weeks. I'm so disappointed and the over deducted amount was started wrong from their side even though the cancellation of notice was given 2 weeks ahead.

play ground is very basic would love to see some more nature play.

My 4yo son enjoys going to GB Bentley. The educators are friendly and enthusiasm in their way of teaching and guiding to the children. In addition, they are put their best effort to contribute their experiences and fun to the children. When i pick up my son everyday, he is really really happily to have fun and joy with his peers and smiling to tell me about his day in childcare. I highly recommend the GB Bentley care for any age.

Janine runs the most thorough day care experience. The educators are professional, warm, fair & friendly. They are consistent in their pursuit for excellence and offer the highest level of care for my three children. My family has been attending the centre for 4 years and now all three go at least once a week across the babies, toddlers and kindy rooms. Low rate of staff turnover is only one of the many indicators that this centre is more than just a day care but a homely environment for when they can't be home with you. I encourage any mum who is looking for that extra special something to try GB Bentley. It has been such a fabulous journey for us so far. So happy with GB Bentley, over the last year our little one has blossomed with confidence, beautiful manners, social skills and creativity. We're very happy with the care and attention, and our toddler loves it here too.

I am very happy my son is going very well very caring staff multicultural and specially for us Muslim kids they provide halal food i give advice any culture pls one time just visit center hopefully you will love it.

I love GB Bentley, bot of my sons go there. They are great to my kids, and have prepared me eldest for kindy really nicely. My only complaint is the price, but apart from that I love everything about it.

The best day care centre we have ever attended! Nothing compares to the care of the children and service they provide. I would highly recommend this centre and would not even consider going elsewhere.
The team puts in so much effort to ensure the children are happy and the parents receive consistent updates.

My two have been at Bentley Great Beginnings since March 2015 and between them have grown up through the babies, toddler and Kindy rooms. Staff are caring and approachable and Management have always accommodated placement changes and concerns as best they can. I love that the kids have chance to participate in excursions to library, community programs and singing / movement programs.
