Bad mistake buying diamond from these graysonline, not from Jandakot branch, with Scott Brown IGL valuation, it’s all a lie to maximise their profit, such a cheater. Real valuation from Perth valuer comes to around half the price on what stated on the certificate, that’s lower than $60k. Dnt be foolish to buy high price diamond with false retail replacement value.

I strongly recommend going here first for inspection. Once at the front gate ignore the worker at the front gate as he is a puppet and will tell you that pre- inspection isn't allowed.
These vehicles come from big businesses that don't want to tarnish their names. Majority of items are on the Write Of Register and are not recommended to drive.
Inquires/ complaints should be forwarded to Driver and Vehicle Service or Consumer of Fair Trade.

My parcel Wa not moving at all. I called TeM on Tuesday letting them know that there is something wrong with delivery. They keep saying that we are investigating until Friday and literally nothing. Worst of the worst

This online auctions are beyond any limits of manipulation, absolute scam. That's not even auction.
Going, going, going, - last bit extend period of auction for 9 minutes, just to get as much $ possible out of you.
Reserve not met- Won auction yesterday for 15300, getting phone call today if I want to pick it up for 17500, joke.

I get so frustrated because a few times now I've wanted a little information on a Lot No I want to bid on but to reach someone at Spartan Street to ask if they can duck out and for example take a couple of measurements for me, its impossible. I go through the help line or what ever it is and it never happens.

Do not buy cars from GraysOnline.
They have no shame, there's big discrepancies between the way cars are portrayed on the website and their actual state. The pictures, videos and description are deceiving. They should be ashamed of running such business.

Grays took over $8000 out of my account without authorisation I wanted to pay with a different payment method they said on the phone it was easy and wouldnt be a problem but instead charged me $8000 from my business account and when I called them to resolve the issue they said theres nothing they can do over the phone you will need to email us so I emailed them and got a response 4 days later basically saying sorry to hear that there's nothing we can do however if you dont pick up your car we are going to charge you $50 a day to store it here. I have spent about 100k through grays but I wont be again. Terrible service and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Clearly grays only care about money not customers

They work professional, however they have problem with their app. I checked on application and it was saying that item is in their warehouse, then I have arrived there and sait that item is not allowed to see, was able to online only. Other then that they have huge range of products. I recommend to follow them regularly, they might have a product that you need, sometimes good condition sometimes bad

I bought a Hyundai Getz that overheated and lost power driving it home in Nov 2022 RAC had to transport the car by truck back to my house. Mechanic verbally told me yesterday the whole engine and cooling system need replacing.
Car was misrepresented in the car description listing as having electrics windows when it has wind up windows. Aircon not working. Error code on radio. Only listed as having minor dents, scratches and fair paintwork. I am waiting for the Mechanics report on paper. Car is currently undrivable until 2023.

Always love opening this app and having a bid. Goods always arrive within reasonable time and the process always made easier by the staff.

Times are very confusing as when they are open, won at a car at an online auction, today I went to pick it up says they are open on there site for pick up, nope they are closed waste of time and money note says they will be open on the 9th of January but there call centre says they will be open on the 28th, I don't even know if I can trust calling before I go, so I wonder if they will charge me storage fees.

I luv auction sites and grays is no exception. Seen some really nice newer cars go through at really good prices. I've bought some cheap cars hear and although they have had some minor issues they have been good for the price.
I recommend you don't buy the cheap ones if you want something with no issues at all. You will however pay a lot more for this. Also the people hear are very friendly and good at what they do.

The main office building is closed, they operate from a little kiosk outside, can be cold and windy. Quite slow moving queue.as slow as any where in WA

Salesman who I dealt with didn't have a clue what he was mumbling on about and refused to put a reserve on a car I was trying to sell. Claiming it wasn't worth anything. Hope nobody falls of these con artists he deserves to lose his job

Buyer beware I know cars are sold as is And no cooling off period but sellers put car in grays with very expensive issue then not passing info on or is gray not passing issue on so they get more commission? Get five minutes down the Road and notice major gear box issues then try ring wa auto phone just rings out leave messages no response send emails no response very poor customer service if could give no stars that’s what I would give them and ring main call centre and it’s overseas they don’t even speak good English then put u thur to wa auto centre and just cuts u off i know it say inspection before bidding you can’t really test a gear box just starting car up so before you buy a car do homework or you will get burnt

Won auction on a 7 seater SUV. After leaving Jandakot blowing smoke (WAS NOT MENTIONED in vehicle report) got home 99km up the road, done 3 km around town including having a complete oil, filter service. Paid $4250 all up on winning bid.needs a engine replaced. ABSOLUTELY NO WHERE DID IT MENTIONED IT Ws yellow sticker material! Or once it gets in your driveway they wave and laugh knowing they just scammed money from not a rich person but scammed a grandmother that saved just to get a 7seater to help be there for when it gets tough.
SHAMEFUL ACT!

Careful the auction price is pretty much nothing but marketing stunt added to the price is the buyers premium +20% then the GST gets added to both the price and the premium so 132% then they charge a credit card fee. So the actual price is about 34% more than your bid. Also unless you have an hour to wait to pick up the keys to inspect a car dont bother going you have to wait in line to get the keys, then you have to wait in the same line to return the keys. Took 10x longer to do the admin than to look at the car!
I have purchased several products from here now where I pick the item up without issue, however just had my first lot delivered, was two peridots, somehow two peridots look suspiciously like a single ultra low quality ruby or garnet.

Bought a few cars from grays online, each one of them had some hidden mechanical fault that wouldn't be picked up during an inspection, but appeared right after taking on highway, or a couple days later. I believe the people who sell over Grays are aware of upcoming issue and try their luck without having to disclose the fault. However, it still should be grays' responsibility to not 'deceive the buyers' by stating "minor wear and tear" in the description. I notice several cars been re-posted as well after being Sold.

I have Brought multiple cars from Grays with a good experience, however as a Vendor/Seller I can't say I am impressed with the service. I Sold a Boat and Trailer in October 2021 and have been trying to get Grays to transfer the ownership details as it was sold to Someone in NSW and I am in WA. It is Grays responsibility to remove the registration details prior to the Pickup/Delivery of the Boat and Trailer.

I have sent multiple email queries, I have been in Contact with Shaun Clifford who was my sells agent more than a dozen times with constance false promises. Today I called again this is now 4 months since the sale, With the staff member telling me to call another number later because he could not help.

Grays charges a Premium on the selling of good and buying of good. Meaning if you buy a car you pay a buyers premium and the person selling the car pays a sellers premium. Grays makes money on both sides but in my eyes can only provide support to the buyers side.
