Grants Car Stereo Morley

Booked the ute in for connecting my speakers to the preinstalled amp and head unit. They put my job last and didnt do what i booked it in for.
Charged me for a new wiring harness to the steering wheel and it still doesnt work.
When i spoke to them about it he became abusive and blamed me for the whole thing.
They just want to sell you their overpriced systems and charge the earth for it.
Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic customer service!
Phoned mid arvo to ask if they stocked a certain Alpine part, was told by the lovely lady that they stock it and to head in to grab it. On arrival the part was ready and waiting, plus Brayden was only too willing to give me a quick rundown on what was involved for my DIY install. It’s not often you get given a bit knowledge from masters of their craft these days!

Had a $#%&wit moment. Sound only coming out of one side. Lovely Shane, without laughter or judgement, changed the setting from only one to all 4 speakers! No charge. Great service. Highly recommend!

The extremely passive aggressive response I'm going to get doesn't change the fact that I was told I wouldn't receive help if I price matched with a competitor. For someone that's old, Grant sure acts like a little boy.

When I look at places I always check the negatives. The responses are usually quite telling. Looking at all of these just makes me feel sorry for him.

Ahaha. Check reply to this review. Was I right or was I right? What a way to treat customers willing to spend money at your business. I've already gotten the part from someone else in Perth. No issues, friendly bloke, support there and he even beat the price. He's got my business.

People who phone the shop are not more important than people who are waiting to buy a $3,000 system, just saying.

It was a pleasure dealing with an experienced and knowledgeable team, installation work was outstanding and I’m particularly fussy about this kind of stuff.

I have trust issues like majorly but just know that you can rely on these guys to hook your car up with a killer sound system, they mean business, they are professionals & their work is tidy! I was seriously blown away with the results and now love my Toyota 86 even more great stuff staff at Grants Audio 5 stars.

Amazing service. Couldn't ask for better customer service! The staff helped carry my heavy subwoofer to my car. Very knowledgeable. Recommended an amazing sound setup. Wouldn't go amywhere else!

Absolutely Appalling Customer service!

I’ve never done a review but this service definitely deserves one!

I went into grants car stereo after some help to install my sub, I knew what I needed and asked for some info, Grant served me himself and half way through dealing with him I felt something wasn’t right he seemed to be questioning me on certain things only professionals in the industry would understand, looking back on it now it was like he was getting a gauge on how much I knew and how much he could rip me off, he then came out to my car having a look at what I needed and said he would make me up a kit (I only needed 1.5 metres of power cable and 2 RCA leads). Grant then came back with the cable I needed and RCA leads telling me they were off cuts so it worked out well, he then went to the till not scanning any barcodes and wrote up a receipt charging me $120 I paid and left the store. After leaving the store i realised he had over charged me, I then looked at the receipt and he had just listed the items and a total amount saying cash $120, I went back into the store and asked for a refund and got a response of “sorry we don’t do refunds” I questioned him in shock, he then told me that he had cut the cable and couldn’t use it which he stated were off cuts, after some conversation he then agreed to a refund on condition he took 25% I ended up taking the refund of $100 and he took everything back I asked him if I could keep the wire if he cannot use it anymore and he said “no be happy with your refund or I’ll give you it all back and you pay me that $100” I then said no I definitely won’t be doing that or coming back to this store again his reply was “good I hope you never come back”.

I went to Alberts car stereo in Osborne park the following day and they sorted everything for me with great customer service at the cost of $60

Grant won’t listen to my reviews. Yes they are negative but he just keeps saying “thank you for the review”. This childish behaviour is not what we should be seeing from a business owner. Especially when I’m giving useful feedback.

Ive trusted these guys a few times their work is excellent. Extremely good at what they do. A dying breed.i highly recommend them. Kudos!
