Esmond all the way! Spotted the issues and helped me identify the simple exercises to relieve the pain. Although short, the sessions were extremely effective and helped me return to my favourite activities within three days.

Friendly professional staff, finally found a masseuse that could get some mobility back into my neck.

After quite a few years of back cracking at a local chiropractic centre my girlfriend suggested I try physiotherapy instead. In just 2 thorough consultations I was given a number of stretches specific to my problem that if done regularly should fix my issue. I do my stretches every day and have not been back to any clinic for my back since. I have all the knowledge necessary to manage my condition on my own thanks to Grange physiotherapy.

I was treated by Esmond and he was great! Very patient, understanding and helped me recover from my injury. I would definitely recommend him to others. Hopefully I won’t need a physio again any time soon but if I do then I’d definitely be back to see him!

Have been coming to Grange Physio for years now and despite moving 1/2 hour away I still make the journey. Amazing service, concerns are always listened to and there are friendly smiles on all faces
