Amazing historical pub, with plenty of welcoming country vibes. Food is awesome, drinks are cold, and the owners are lovely - they even filled up our water tank for us!

We stayed in the FREE camping out the back of the pub, the location is beautiful and watching the sunset through the trees is magical. You can also book a room if you’d prefer the view of the little town from a balcony.

There is FREE 24/7 access to a hot shower, toilets, washing machine and dryer. Dogs are also welcome in the beer garden, and you can play your own music from your phone out there!

10/10 recommend staying or at least having a meal at this pub if you’re passing through.

Great country pub. The tables at the back on the green grass are a great place to have a pint of cold beer on a warm afternoon. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Also note there is free camping in the lot behind the hotel. Recommended!

Raw Steak (Asked For Medium Well) Got Blue Seared Fillet. Room Window/Door Didn’t Lock. Mice Squeaking. Woke Up Another Bloke told me he had mice running all over he’s bed when he was asleep. Very Poor Rooms. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff are great, we free camped out the back of the Pub in our Van.
It was a Monday, so pretty Quiet.
I would suggest arriving Fri & stay Sat as well, it should be a blast.

Johno here from Dino's, great people, great service, good prices on clean rooms, friendly backpacking bar staff, all around pleasure to visit, plenty of parking for cars and road trains across road, showers and toilets available after hours for driver's etc,

Cool old historic pub. Rooms are cheap but you get what you pay for. The meals were awesome. REAL CHICKEN IN THE PARMU. Great staff and service.no complaints here. Recommended!

Lovely stay at this historic pub. What a gem of a place. The owners are renovating it and so far have re roofed it and redone the balcony. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom facilities are a bit tired and shared but the price is reasonable for a stay in this beautiful old building. Very friendly service and excellent meals! Thanks for having us in your family room. We loved it and your amazing town.

Absolutely amazing, hotel is you're country style feel. The food menu is superb and the staff are amazing. Book in and check it out for some good old country break.

We stayed at GODI Friday-Saturday 4-5 June 2021. Would highly recommend staying here. Owners Peter and Nev were so hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable. Always up for a friendly conversation.
Room was very clean and tidy our bed nice and comfortable. Port and lollies were a pleasant surprise.
Shared toilet and showers were clean and tidy.
Friendly folk in the bar area while we were there. Meals were great, good ole fashioned pub food very tasty.
Overall we were really happy with our stay and agree with all the other reviews.awesome place to stay. Absolutely loved the historical feel of the building

A great experience. Peter was very accomodating with our large booking, and it was fun to stay in such a classic old building. Meals are good and pub atmosphere is friendly.

We had been traveling remote the past week and hadn't seen any news, the publican and bar staff set up the tv in the dining lounge for us to watch the news, top service. We camped out back of the G. O. D. I, heaps of space and shade with the toilets left open for us all night and hot shower in the morning all for free, meals and selection are very good. Staff and locals were very friendly. Absolutely worth the overnight stop, great community atmosphere pub.

The best burger ever"Kitchen Sink (or the G. O. D. I burger) I have had in a very long time and very friendly staff.
