We are owners of an investment unit. We also run our strata management in a small complex of 8 units. Our strata insurance increased enormously over the last 3 years. We were reluctant to increase our quarterly levies.
After looking at many insurance broker reviews we decided that Grace Insurance got top marks. I spoke with Frans. He was professional, efficient and pleasant. Since we’ve had our insurance with Frans, we haven’t had to use it and we were getting a little curious, like we do, as to wether it was time to shop around and get some comparison quotes.

Then disaster struck our small business and I ended up in a collision on the Mitchell Freeway that was to see our work truck put off the road for repairs and I got to raise my hand and claim the at fault driver badge.

The whole process went pear shaped as CGU in there corporate style delayed us, sent us to a car repair shop and took their sweet time to process the paperwork.

The whole way through, Frans was extremely helpful and he took charge of the process. I hadn’t had much to do with claims before, never in business anyway. The more they delayed the more he pushed them to hurry the job along, as our truck is our income generator.

I picked up the truck 3 days ago and the repair job was immaculate. No bog was used and the warped pillar had been cut out and a new straight one welded in.

I believe that this was due to Frans constantly pushing for our repair to be as fast and efficient as possible and not at the expense of quality.
