GPs on Bayview

Dr Suzannah Robinson has provided our family with exceptional care. She balances clear professional communication and direction with understanding and up to date knowledge.

Had an amazing experience at GPs on Bayview from start to finish. The customer service and level of professionalism was second to none! Highly recommend anyone looking for a local, quality GP around Perth.

The whole experience was great and it’s worthy to pay for a slightly higher consultation fee. The receptionists were nice and friendly. Dr. Katie was so patient and professional. 5 stars for sure!

Made a same day appointment and got in right away.
The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and the doctor was great and gave realistic expectations and timelines for our players injuries.
We will definitely be using this practice in the future

Was very easy to book on line with my doctor and the staff were very helpful when I arrived.
The practice is lovely inside and has comfortable waiting room chairs.
The nurse was great with my child and after seeing my doctor I was also able to get my blood test done straight away.

Worst experience. Took an hour to get my daughters 18month jabs. No apology from dr cooper. And she didnt even conduct any checks - weight, development… nothing! At least the nurse was nice but after waiting so long my daughter was in tears before we even had the jabs. This is my third child, I have never had such a poor experience.

We prefer attending this practice as it is quite spacious and clean, the doctors and staff members are friendly and thorough, I find them to be very trustworthy and reliable.

The big range of doctors all offer amazing care, with friendly and helpful administration staff, what a great practice!

I have seen my Doctor here for couple of years now but it has come to an end. I was sent to a specialist for biopsy by my GP here, got the results in a mail and time for procedure but after two weeks my GP still haven’t followed up to explain the results and up coming surgery. I chased her up and was told she will call again with the details but no one has called me. No patient follow up or being human to a human. Maybe she’s too busy and working only few days a week doesn’t help but I’m not putting my health on these hands any longer. This is a shame but leaving this review I hope something will change for future patients.
I do want to give 5 stars to Dr Grant for those couple times I’ve seen him as well as to the nurse (Lucy?) who was helpful on the phone when chasing my biopsy results.

Rude reception staff. Had a question about how to get to pathology through their building and plain unhelpful.
