GP on Beaufort

I joined this practice when I met my husband who lived in the area and went there. I have been really happy with the service for over 5 years now. Seen many of the Drs and had a positive experience with all of them! We are now a family of four and we bring our children to see Dr Kester or Dr Davis, they are both caring and thorough. The wait is never too long and if we are attending for a vaccine, they usually send us right through to the clinic room. Reception staff are efficient and helpful. This is a clean, reliable and trustworthy practice and I always feel like my medical needs are heard. We moved out of the area but still travel 20 mins to attend this practice.

Dr Fergus McCabe has been providing an outstanding service. I’m more than confident that I’ve finally found a trustworthy professional to look after my well-being as a whole. Thanks for such human approach

Absolute breath of fresh air. I have never felt so at ease with a new doctor before. I felt like Dr Nicholas Gilbert was truely invested in my health and wellbeing and that's so hard to find.
The reception staff were very kind too and gave me a mask as I had forgotten mine.

The Doctors I've seen there are so kind and knowledgeable, however, the wait time is terrible. When I arrived I was informed the wait time would be 30 minutes but ended up being nearly an hour. Would appreciate if the practice would value patients time more or call them before their appointment if there is a long wait.

I have been going here for a few years now and primarily see Carrie Davis but also Nick Gilbert and both doctors are excellent. Carrie is very supportive, non judgmental and eager to help. Nick is super relatable due to his age, pretty funny and makes me feel heard and super comfortable. I’d highly recommend the practice - also both GPS are always on time! I also love the nurses who I see every month for desensitisation. Super kind and friendly.

Dr"s here seem extremely good but punctuality and there schedule of time keeping of appointments is extremely poor the least I have waited over more than 15 different appointments has been 1 hr for a service that they Charge $86 for 15 minutes is beyond me. Perhaps if they had less bookings there wouldn't be a back log. Just saying.

My family and I have been patients of Dr McCabe and Dr Chong for about 6 years now.
We usually take the kids to see Dr Chong and my partner and I see Dr McCabe. We couldn't speak more highly of Michael and Fergus. They are both outstanding doctors and people. They are knowledgeable and professional but also warm and understanding and never make us feel like we're being rushed out the door. We feel grateful to have them as our doctors. Thanks so much!

Just saw Dr Gilbert for a quick visit for my daughter. He was great - knowledgeable and warm and made her feel at ease. All the doctors we've seen have always been super helpful.

My daughter (late teens) has seen Dr McCabe many times, we even followed him from a previous practice. He's always been caring and actually listens to her and communicates with her on her level.
Today Dr McCabe went beyond what I expected when my daughter found herself needing her script urgently. He rang and checked on her. I was amazed and it shows what a wonderful doctor he is.

I've been in to GP on Beaufort a couple of times. Dr. Nicholas Gilbert is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful - someone I would highly recommend.

I am extremely happy with the service, I have found a GP that I can confide in, and I have great confidence in his ability. I highly recommend. I find the administration staff helpful and accommodating.

We are long-time patients of this practice and continue to go here even though we no longer live in the area. Because it's worth it to travel a bit for such a fantastic team of doctors. Although we usually see the wonderful Dr Chong, we have also seen other doctors in the practice when he's not available. They are all caring and cautious practitioners and I feel that the health of my family is in good hands.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for years and have seen several of the doctors. The receptionists are always friendly and polite. Dr McCabe, Dr Gilbert, Dr Greenman & Dr Kester have all been fantastic. Yes, as other reviewers have mentioned - there sometimes can be a wait time - but that is only because these doctors genuinely care about your health and well being. Good treatment is worth waiting for in my opinion. Highly recommend.

You are always very professional, kind and thourough, very good with kids/babies and we always trust in you. And I also want to compliment Maxine from reception, who is the only one who remembers me by name and does an amazing job! It has been long overdue to thank and praise Dr Carrie Davis for her ongoing professionalism. We (family of 4) have been seeing her for many years now and can only recommend her as an outstanding GP.
She is always very thorough and great with children too. We have developed a solid trust in her!
I also wanted to thank Maxine from the receptionist team who is the only one who actually remembers me when I walk in. She is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
@Practice Manager: The receptionists/nurses should be mentioned on your website too as they are equally important to the doctors!

If i could give zero star i would def do it! They don't deserve even one star. Terrible service! Never come back again to this clinic and don't recommend anyone! We went there for vaccination for my son and we got told they don't have the vaccines! They told us to come back. We took time to come there and its their job to check if they have the stock or not. But don't tell me when we already there. Disgusting service!

You mentioned the delivery not on time, was it that hard to pick the phone and call us? Not good enough and blaming it on delivery. Its your job to check things before booking patient then to inform them!

Excellent practitioners who genuinely care about their patients. The staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend all my family and friends to this practice.

Dr Alyce Churchill is incredibly detailed in her approach and took the time to listen to my concerns. She followed up with copious amounts of questions and was empathetic and thoughtful. Thank you very much!

Appointment at 9: 30am. Walked out at 10: 20am after the whole room went in before me. I am not paying for this clinic to waste my time, no warning apart from "there's a little wait" upon arrival. A little wait is 20 minutes, not an hour.

During these COVID times they are happy to have patients waiting for an hour, exposing themselves to all sorts of diseases unnecessarily. Do not go here. Wasted over an hour of my day today.
