Horrible. Treat me so badly since my brain injury. Charged me interest on bills whilst I was in the hospital (and I swear to God that I never received them.)
Then, refuse to make any reasonable adjustments. They are horrible to deal with for basic information. They just take strata fees and haven't provided me any value.
