I've never met a vet as empathetic and knowledgeable as Dr. Nick. The staff are super friendly too.

Dr Nic has been our dog's vet for coming up to 10 years now. He has been there for us through it all (including when we had to say goodbye to one of our beloved dogs a few years ago). Nic is the most wonderful vet; he has a huge amount of expertise, he is kind, he is genuinely compassionate and he always takes the time to ensure our dog receives the best possible care. When dealing with health issues, Nic always explains in detail what is happening, what the options for treatment are, and what each approach would cost. He takes the time to help us make informed decisions, without just pushing for the most expensive option. When he opened the GoVets clinic at Greenwood, we had no hesitation travelling to see him, because we know he is the best vet in Perth. At the clinic, Nick has surrounded himself with a brilliant team, and everyone from the reception team to the Vet Nurses are generous with their time and knowledge, and shower the patients with love and pats. I wouldn't trust my doggos with anyone else.

I have been a customer of Dr Nick Tan and Go Vets for the last 5 years. I have never met a more compationate, caring and knowledgeable vet. Dr Nick and his team are amazing and I would not trust my pets with anyone else, I cannot recommend them enough.

Such great care givers. Dr Nick was able to determine my cat's condition very quickly and put him on a recovery and management program. Plus they were able to look after him while I am travelling. Thanks GoVETS!

We visited Dr. Nicholas today for the first time and he was exceptional. He listened, understood and was compassionate to our pets needs (Hugo). His approach was second to none, and he left our family feeling calm and reassured. Thank you to Dr. Nicholas, Juliette and Laura.
The pricing is very reasonable, and the surgery is clean tidy and comfortable. We are so happy that Govets was recommended to us, and we will return the next time our pet needs some care.

A big thank you to Dr Nick for the kindness and compassion shown to my family & I on the recent loss of our little fur baby Lucy. We were not previously a GoVet client, but chose to have Lucy Euthanized at home as she was not a big fan of trips to the vet clinic. Thankfully, Dr Nick was able to provide this service. Dr Nick's compassion and caring attitude made the whole process dignified and stress free for Lucy. When we decide to welcome a new fur baby into our family I will be making the trip for vet visits to Greenwood, even though the clinic is a distance away from home. I have never met another vet with the genuine caring attitude of Dr Nick. Heartfelt thanks from the Duke Family.

Dr Nick is super caring, very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile and a half for his patients and their owners. Cannot reccomended this vet highly enough. We have also boarded our cat short term and always felt like she was in great hands. Reasonable price too

I cannot recommend this vets enough. We called Nick out to our elderly Labrador. Nick arrived within 20 minutes, which was awesome because we were very upset and worried The following morning I received a call to see how she was doing and then went over to the surgery to pick up ongoing treatment for her.

I am telling everyone how amazing they are, from the minute I called and spoke to reception, the staff and Nick have been courteous, kind, and sympathetic.

Great customer service from start to finish and a very kind caring vet.

Dr Nick is the most amazing vet I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Even having met under horrible circumstances as my dog had become paralysed and then got a lymphoma diagnosis Dr Nick was so kind, thoughtful, empathetic and you can actually see that he truly cares about the animals. Your pet doesn’t feel like a number like some other vets I had been to prior. The girls that work there are also really nice and they make every effort to try make your visit as good as possible. Dr Nick came to our house when we eventually had to put our girl to sleep which was nice to do for her so she was as comfortable as could be. Hes put up with my hysterical crying more than a few times which couldn’t have been pleasant. However his understanding and kind soul you can’t fault. I will recommend Govets Greenwood to anyone who will listen based on the most horrible time in my life and that it was made better because of the team and Dr Nick!

Dr Tan was excellent. I cat refused to go to the Vet so Dr Tan came to our home. He was very informative and a very nice chap. Thankyou
