Four years and Adam has always treated me with respect and kindness, I am a retired human rights lawyer and his voice gives me hope. I love my Dr Ansari he is a vv good doctor and always take care of me

Simply I tell you. Doctor hasan behaviour is not good, especially with Afghani people. I booked an appointment and wait more than 45 minutes when my turn comes.
For nothing, he told me.you have to pay100.after that, he will give you a check-up.

I attended an Appt with Dr Shazza after being assaulted. I wanted a record of injuries if required for future reference. I was treated as insignificant, I was made to feel I had no reason to be upset Inspite of having being assaulted. I was told I talked to much and ushered out of her surgery as she needed to see her next patient. The assault was traumatic, I left Dr Shazzas even more traumatized, not what I would expect from a Dr, I will never attend the Clinic again. I advise anyone considering seeing Dr Shazzas, not to!

I called to book appointment (24/07/2023 at 10 am nobody answer third time a guy answered call he told no appointment before Wednesday. I requested any possiblity I can get even phone consultation he started getting rude very disappointed with the reception service unprofessional at all

Dr Raad is one of the rudest GP's I have visited. Low quality place, avoid at all costs

My husband had a skin cancer removed 6 stitches, no pain nor scarring. He also lacerated his head and required 10 stitches. We are most impressed.

Very irresponsible staff, they will lie to you very politely. They don’t care why you are seeking there help.

Lovely staff, extremely willing to help and asked for a lot of detail regarding my situation. Would highly recommend! Dr. Shaza Ilyas is wonderful.

Dr Hassan and Ansari are wonderful but really there is one male receptionist who is not remorseful we come there to seek medical attention. He has a very inflated ego, so full of himself.talks rudely. Please my friend change. This is the health sector being curtious+ remorseful does not cost anything. Its a two way traffic so please hold your side.

Dr Hasan I wish you have more kindness in the future, it’s not hard to be good to your patients, i just disappointed. I know I’m wrong, but it would be nice if you talk nicely not Rude.thanks anyway.

Dr Hasan is the best doctor I hade ever seen and a lot of family and friends recommended me.
Go and vissit Dr Hasan than you will see.

Very good Medicare Centre and best doctors in perth special Dr Hassan recommend them always I’m there they had a good service

Worst clinic with the ridiculous doctor ever. She herself doesn't even know how to refer someone to a specialist, she does not even listen to others and the people working on administration can't find a single result no matter if the patient is dying!

Very disappointing we had an appointment booked 32 days ago to do circumcision my son but because we have 3 mins late they have cancelled my appointment and treated us very impolitely. They said even 1 mins we will cancel we don't care that you have come all the way to here and take a day off to bring your child.
I begged the receptionist to request the doctor but doctor did not accept.
So I waited so long for this appointment and me and my wife took da off but have to go home now with mad memory and disrespect behaviour from the receptionist and Dr Hassan.
I will never come here again and won't recommend them at all.
I feel because of my religion being different to them they have treated me that way other 3 mins is nothing. We arrived on time but parking took 3 mins
So very sad and have very bad experience with them
Obviously not recommending them to any one and surely let all my community fellow not to visit them for sure.

This clinic does not adhere to the client-centred health care framework.
I had appointment for my child scheduled at 11 am. I arrived at the clinic at 11: 03 am. The receptionist was too busy on the phone to assist me and I had to wait for him to get off the phone. When he finally went to get the doctor for me, Dr. Hassan said: "You are 7 minutes late. Come back next week. " I was astonished to hear this coming from the same man that made me wait 40 minutes in his office unattended for a consultation 2 weeks prior. How is it that he can be 40 minutes late and I am denied my appointment for arriving 3 minutes late and being delayed by his receptionist. Such double standards I have never encountered in my life.

I would like to say thanks to the male receptionist which is kind, able to access the patient’s urgency and allow me to bring in my girl yesterday even though it’s fully booked and near the clinic closing hour. My daughter had sands in her eyes and been crying non stop. Dr Hassan is the nicest and friendliest GP I have seen in Perth. I highly recommend this clinic.

The worst/bad respisionst, none of them are helping or willing to help.
I got to wait for like 1.5hr just to get a blood test and none give u a proper explanation on what to do such as new patient come in for the first time (ask them if they need something) not just play with ur phone and pretend we have all day to waste).

. Worst doctor and clinic I have visit. Not recommended at all, they waste my time and effects on. This place is a disgrace to the medical profession. I’m so sorry that I let them waste my time, they make me wait for 40 minutes in doctor room waiting for Hassan Raad till he came and he later after 2 weeks canceled my booked appointment just because of being late 3 minutes. Doctor keeps asking for visits to do one treatment that can be done in one day.
I ever never want to see such bad treatment, bad clinic.

Been with this clinic for 7 yrs, have had no problems when ringing for an appointment.like the environment & user friendly atmosphere.reception & Drs are professional, friendly & really get to know their patience.
