I have been doing taxation with this company for 20 years. I am always happy with the service they provide. They are extremely supportive.
No good. Appointment made for 9am. He rocks up 930am and says he just got out of bed. Charged me $450. Money hungry greedy individual. His assistants are all useless aswell. Stay away everyone. Go to a more reputable accountants. Snake and a leech.
Every year I make an appointment with them they either get the day wrong or make me wait 40min to 2 hours until I get my tax done. Lack of transparency with detail and don't seem to bother explaining much when asking about tax related issues, will be taking my business else where from now on.
Went to get my tax return done in July, paid $150 only for them to say that I have to pay $200 to the ATO for my tax return this year. I called ATO and said that can’t be right and that the tax agent must’ve done it wrong at Gordon Q. C. DU. After I called ATO, the ATO gave me a tax return of $700 back instead of me owing $200 to the ATO this year.
Don’t go to this agency, it’s a scam.
100% SCAM! THIS GUY RIP OFF EVERYONE I KNOW IN VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY, WHEN HE KNOW YOUR ENGLISH NOT GOOD HE WILL MAKE PROBLEM AND CHARGE YOU MONEY. NEVER DO ANYTHING CORRECT HE JUST MUCK AROUND AND TAKE MONEY. WHEN I SEE HIM HE TAKE ALOT OF PHONE CALLS DURING OUR MEETING AND CHARGE YOU BY HOUR. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER
This scamming service never get money enough from you and get you in trouble.they took my tax return money thousand of dollars, and did not pay me the return minus the $700 service.now they ask for more, they said i didnt pay.ha ha.
